The beds were very uncomfortable. Very hard and too short. We’re 180 and 184 cm and the beds were too small for us.

Nothing, but if I were a really detail oriented person, I would say that the pillow of the bed was too big.

I'm 190 cm tall, and the bed is also around 190 cm, so I could sleep only without a pillow. The water pressure under the shower is minimal; I could barely use it, and I needed to use the bottle to wash my hair (the pressure in the sink tap is good).

Lilia was very hospitable and friendly and could communicate well in Russian. The room and all the facilities were very clean. You could use the hairdryer, microwave, fridge, and kettle.

Just 5 minutes walking from the main station and balony right above a river with view to mount Ararat. The building looked like a traditional palace with the coziness of a private family house, special bathrooms are looking like out of a Harry Potter fairytale

I was looking for an inexpensive place to spend the night right on the day of arrival. Already at the contact stage, the most favorable impression was formed. A kind hostess, everything is very warm and homely, they treat you to delicious pies and have everything you need. The house is clean, well-kept, cozy and most importantly quiet. Excellent location, close to the metro, train station and bus station. You can walk to the main square. The house itself impresses with its coziness, spaciousness and beautiful view. High ceilings, a marble staircase create an atmosphere of comfort. I recommend everyone to definitely visit!

Every things were good. The room was clean with comfortable bed. The owner, Lilia is very nice woman. We booked simple room, but Lilia gave us one big suit with kitchen and all facilities. The location is good near the rail station and bus stop. Good price.

We spent 5 nights in the guesthouse. We got the big room in the ground floor. It was very cozy and comfortable and we had a peaceful private sphere. The location is not really in the center but well connected by metro and bus. There are many shops around, the quartier is a quiet residential neighborhood which we really liked.

It says on Booking that there is a 24h reception, but that's not 100% realistic. You don't get a key of the main building as it's kind of a guest house situation, with a family living on the first floor. You will need to wake up the host if you want to get in at night*. She will do it with a smile if the hour is not unreasonable, but I couldn't help feeling bad about arriving past midnight. Everybody needs their rest, especially with kids and young parents around the house. That's why I booked another place that provided keys to all entrances for the next night. If you're not planning on staying out late this is the pérfect stay however! * I hear this formula is quite common in Yerevan.

I very much liked the host, and the feel of the place. Very homey, clean and tidy. The other guests were very quiet and polite. I slept like a baby. The host initially told me they unfortunately couldn't offer me a smoke-free room, but I took it anyway, asking them if they could air it out a little before my arrival - instead she upgraded my room free of charge to one with a balcony; by the time I got there I could never have told somebody had ever lit a cigarette in there. Thank you! They also allowed me to store my big backpack in their place after check out, so I didn't need to bother with it while visiting the city. The location is a 5 min walk away from a 10 min, 100 Dram (€0.25) Metro ride to the city center. If there's no more metros at night, a taxi costs around 1200 Dram (± €3) from anywhere in Yerevan (time of writing= 27/6/'24), and there's super cheap electric scooters too!

We had a lovely stay at Lilia Guesthouse and were made to feel very welcome by all the family. The tasty homemade pastries and jams offered on arrival and at other times were absolutely delicious and much appreciated. Wonderful! We'll be back
