The room was not in the main building, but in another building on the street and that was not mentioned anywhere. Also, the room’s had a paper thin wall / door and every noise can be heard in the room.

The personnel were very nice. Also the breakfast was variable and tasty. The garden itself is also very pleasant.

I booked a Double Deluxe room and received confirmation, but shortly afterward, the staff called to inform me that the room type was no longer available and offered a standard room instead. We accepted, as we didn’t want to deal with last-minute rebooking just before our departure. Upon arrival, we discovered that a wedding party was taking place in the hotel restaurant and would last until 11 PM. Although we were placed in a new building and assured there would be no noise, it was clearly audible in our room. Additionally, sounds from neighboring rooms were also very noticeable, which made it difficult to relax. Despite being placed in a standard room, we were charged the deluxe rate (?), and offered a free breakfast as compensation – even though the hotel doesn’t officially offer breakfast. This actually made me wonder if breakfast is always included, as suggested by some other reviews. Our room faced a house across the street instead of the mountains, as advertised, and the heating was uncomfortably hot with no clear way to regulate it. Overall, this was far from the relaxing stay we had hoped for.

The accommodation is new and rather clean, with a nice minimalist interior. The bed is comfortable, there’s free parking outside, good Wi-Fi, and the neighborhood is quiet.

Not dealbreakers but zones of growth: 1. The room was cleaned below average: hair on the floor, marks in the bathroom. It didn't look terrible, but noticeable and could have been better 2. Breakfast are rather monotonous and not to say that tasty: a choice of porridge, eggs, yogurt. Different kinds of cheese are cool, but it can be hard to eat breakfast this way for more than 2 days (!!! still convenient cause there're no groceries within a 5 mins walk of the hotel)

Super cozy hotel with a good view from the room, we enjoyed it every morning! There're everything you need in the room fresh towels, fridge, etc. The hotel is far enough from the city center, so it is quiet and cozy. Comfortable to come in to the hotel by own car. If no car and you don't want to go up the hill where the hotel is, you always can order a taxi and it's pretty cheap:))) And many thanks to the hotel staff for meeting us late at night and checking in! Everyone is polite and ready to help <3

It was great to stay here. Although the location is a bit tricky to find over some dirtroads, it really met our expectation. We had a tremendous breakfast and recommend staying here while travelling through Armenia.

Unfortunately, the morning of my stay all water in our building was gone. I am already used to it wile living in Armenia, nice thing that this issue was solved really fast and I personnel suggested using bathrooms in another buildings. So thank you!

In our room WiFi connection was absolutely unstable, we used personal Internet during our stay. Water wasn’t warm enough, which made taking shower uncomfortable.

Room: The room was not clean enough. There were many holes there - above the head of the bed, near the doors and windows. There were a lot of insects too. The chairs on the balcony were old and uncomfortable, so it was impossible to sit for a long time and enjoy the fresh air. Staff: During check-in and check-out, there was no employee at the reception. After waiting for several minutes, we had to go look for them ourselves.

The deluxe room was large enough with a large balcony. Good value for money.

The extra bed in the room is a sofa bed and not so comfortable. Maybe add a better mattress on it or replace it with an actual single bed in the future for anyone booking a triple room. Everything else was great and we loved the place, actually it is our second time staying there!

Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that our room had a persistent, unpleasant smell. We had booked a double room with a balcony, but instead, we were placed in rooms located in an annex building. Despite our request for the original room type, we had to push hard to get a room change. Eventually, I was given a room next to the reception, where the receptionist talked on the phone all night and had her phone notifications turned on. This made it incredibly difficult to sleep as the noise from her phone was disruptive. Additionally, the walls are quite thin, so I could hear everything from neighboring rooms. The service was lacking in attentiveness. We had to constantly follow up to get issues resolved, including the room change and requests for discounts. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns, which further compounded our frustration. The breakfast offered was very basic and did not meet the standard expected. The selection was limited and lacked variety; there was no good bread, yoghurts, nuts, special coffees, or even water available. This was a significant letdown compared to what was advertised. Overall, our stay was disappointing. The room conditions, noise levels, service, and breakfast all need considerable improvement to meet the standards expected of a hotel in this category.

The neighborhood. The roads are terrible and there's no place to walk around, only the very small yard in front of the hotel. Moreover, we stayed for 1 night only and there was a wedding party in the hotel... Loud music till midnight, although the hotel staff told us that it will finish by 10 pm.
