Cool concept of hybrid hotel and hostel. The place is spotless and well looked after. The staff is friendly and speaks English well. There is a workspace and chill out area. Also, there is a garden where you can relax. The view from the balcony of the dormitories is amazing.

Staff is not very friendly, is very difficult to meet people in the hostel does not have the vibe and there were even people in my room argue about noises in the morning during check out, too many stair and no lift, not very close to the center of Erevan

Clean and spacious rooms, co-working space and garden access. The female dorm comes with a balcony and a lovely view of Mount Aragats. Didn’t try the breakfast but it looked good! Close to metro and bus station.

AC in the room kind of not maintained well, power is week. Very high bunker beds,.up to the ceiling. Hard to climb even for younger people. Room is smaller than on photos (5 to 3 meters). No slippers for the showers, must have your own.

Quiet location with free parking. Terrace on each floor, workspace, outdoor kitchen in small garden, flexible (paid) check-in policy.

Even though Andor hotel is only a short walk away from the city centre, you wouldn’t guess it when you are sitting in their tranquil garden eating a tasty breakfast. Everyone in the hotel was helpful and kind. Rooms are adequately equipped and impeccably clean.

Staff didn't know a lot of English.

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was big and tasty. Staff are friendly. There's a metro station just a 5 minute walk from the place. The location is quiet as well. Room was clean and had toiletries available.

The building doesn’t have an elevator, and unfortunately, there was no one available to help us carry our luggage upstairs during check-in. Some staff members could smile a bit more and bring a little extra warmth to their interactions. There’s a shared fridge in the lobby for everyone to use, which is appreciated. However, considering the spaciousness of the rooms, a small fridge under the desk would add much more comfort and convenience for guests.

Every hotel has its strengths and shortcomings, but ultimately, it’s the overall experience that shapes your impression. I’m giving Andor a 10 out of 10 — not just because of its facilities, but because of the outstanding customer service provided by the hotel manager, Tatevik. Although Tatevik was away during our stay and we didn’t get to meet in person, she was incredibly helpful and responsive through phone communication. Her attention and support really stood out and made a difference in our experience. We were a group of five friends staying in three separate rooms. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were just right. Breakfast wasn’t self-service, but it was of good quality and we were satisfied. What we especially enjoyed was the social vibe of the hotel. Many solo travelers were staying there, and the common areas made it easy to sit down, chat, and connect with people from different cultures — a lovely touch that made the stay feel warm and communal.

It would be difficult to stay on the 4th floor if you have heavy luggage. No hooks to hang your towels or clothes in the room by the beds.
