Dirty dirty verrrrry dirty to the level you can’t sleep because of your fear about the dust that surrounding you

Good location. Friendly staff. Clean room. Good food.

Room size was small. No hygiene faucet in the bathroom.

It was an amazing location for family and friends. The staff was wonderful, and their SPAS was truly outstanding. You won’t want to go to any other restaurant, as their kitchen is excellent in every way.

Attentive and kind staff

Unclean, undone gardening, overpriced

Location wise was not bad, if you have a car you can get around easily.

The rooms (not the cottages, those looked fine from the outside) were missing basic amenities such as a fridge, and the bathrooms had no towel hangers. The bed sheets didn't fit the mattress, and the duvet didn't match the cover. The sink was awkward to use without touching it, and if the water was turned on more than halfway, it quickly flooded because it drained too slowly. Overall, the place feels like it needs renovation.

In general, the complex was good, and the staff were very kind and welcoming.

There is not much space for guests who want to chill and relax. The main yard is too small, and if a few families come with their children, as happened to us, the noise becomes unbearable. We asked the staff to kindly remind families to be mindful, but nothing changed. We paid quite a lot for the Kirovi Tun, yet ended up angry and stressed because of the constant noise and screaming. It felt like trying to relax in the middle of a kindergarten. The room itself was decent, but not very clean. We found several dead insects and even a spider in the bathroom. There was no fridge in the room, and only one trash bin in the bathroom (none in the main room). According to the price we paid, we expected enough to at least have a clean room, fridge, and a bottle of water, as we had those in much cheaper and more convenient options to stay in the area. Overall, we came with the intention to relax, but returned home more stressed, angry, and disappointed because of the noise.

Nature and Peace

We had some issue with the water pressure for one morning which took a little more time than expected.

reception staff would have charged us more, if i did not show the booking price on my phone. The cottages are pricey but we did not even have tissues (was empty), or a bottle of water in the room. The crib was outside the room which was unfcomfortable for toddler, and while we asked for 2 cribs (since we had a newborn as well) from the very first booking day, they promised to provide but mever did.

We booked a room for July 19, and the reservation was made on July 13. However, upon our arrival at the hotel on July 19, we were informed that our room was already occupied and that they could not locate our booking in their system. Despite this, we have both a confirmation code and email proof of the reservation. The property is a rental house located in Dilijan, and unfortunately, the administrative service was very poor.

The hotel in general is Great. You could fee that they do whatever they can to make the hotel a destination for their guests and not just a stop for people to sleep. The views are spectacular. The team who is running the operations of the hotel is just another level of kindness and humbleness.

The ambience was nice.

We had high expectations based on the reviews. However, despite being the only customers that night, the service was disappointing for the price. The restaurant advertised that it would remain open until 10 pm, but when we tried to order food at 9 pm, we were told it was already closed. They should have informed us beforehand.

Everything was fine except for the wifi conenction.

The wifi connection did not work

This resort exceeded all our expectations! We stayed in a 3-bedroom cottage that was incredibly spacious, impeccably maintained, and spotlessly clean. The ambiance was both cozy and luxurious, making it a perfect getaway. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh and flavorful options. Highly recommend Kirovi Tun to anyone visiting Dilijan, Armenia – it’s an absolute gem!
