There were 2 things that I wasn't too happy about: 1. The hostel is tucked in a residential neighborhood, which is nice and quiet on one hand, but it takes about 20 mins to walk to city centre, and 13 mins to closest Metro station on the other. 2. The hostel should put emphasis on night mode after 11 pm, namely prevent guests from turning the lights on and off whenever they enter the room, and being quiet and considerate towards the guests that want to sleep. A few signs saying that would be very useful.

Clean hostel, tucked away from the busy main roads. Staff and guests were friendly and always up for a little chat. Metro is a 7 minute walk from the hostel and supermarkets are just down the road. Clean communal kitchen equipped with everything you need.

I had a lovely stay. The hostel is beautifully designed and has all the necessities required for a traveler. The kitchen is fully equipped with free coffee and tea. Everything is clean and well-maintained. Definitely value for money.

Absolutely wonderful hostel, one of the best I've stayed in! A spotless, cozy, and stylish space. The kitchen is fully equipped, the staff is friendly, and the terrace is lovely. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I appreciated having my own locker. The common areas were always tidy, and the atmosphere was very friendly. The bed linen is top-notch, and the overall design is both tasteful and welcoming. I extended my stay because I felt so at home here. The homemade breakfasts were a delicious bonus. Highly recommended!

This was unforgettable experience I ever had with the hostel .A modern design,well structured,fully equipped with a details that deserve appreciation.Nice and cosy backyard with a beautiful terrace.Perfect location,4supermarkets just a minute away, 2underground stations and fruit and vegetable markets 2 minutes walk.I think the owners of this hostel did everything to make guests to fill welcome and place to relax.I had more than enough place to work and do my work without any interruptions.The high internet speed (and i was not lazy yo check)was 290mbs,which believe me is very high for any accommodation.In overall i had a great experience and for sure will come back ,and off course do recommend to all my friends when visiting Yerevan its a great hostel to stay.Thanks to the friendly staff for making my short stay wonderful.

By far the best hostel I have ever stayed in! The staff is amazing and so nice! The whole property is exceptionally clean. We were staying for a longer time and they helped us with everything we needed. Super comfortable, really nice guests and a great location. We felt like at home. We would for sure stay here again.

This is my home whenever I am in Yerevan. And I am very happy to see that every time that I come back, it not only maintains its standards but also comes up with something new to keep improving. I know the location might seem a bit inconvenient because it’s not in Kentron… but I’ve seen the comparable accommodation options there and BELIEVE ME, it’s much better to be here (which isn’t really that far away anyway; and they can help you arrange transfers). It is perfect for a peaceful retreat still within the city OR for remote working (the WiFi is strong and there’s enough space for you to work comfortably like I did). The facilities are perfect for the intended capacity; and the owners make sure that everything is working smoothly for everyone. Towels are included + you can cook + you can wash and dry your clothes. So it’s a perfect home base if you’re doing a longer trip around Armenia or the Caucasus. You will not regret staying here, I promise!

The best option for staying in Yerevan! Excellent location, the friendliest and most responsive staff, everything is very clean, excellent kitchen, very comfortable and clean shower cabins and WC, a charming inner courtyard, and the possibility to do laundry and iron clothes.

THE BEST HOSTEL IN YEREVAN. If you are looking for a great place to stay, to work remotely or to relax, look no further!!! This is the cleanest, comfiest, most wonderful hostel that I have found in the whole Caucasus. If you need to feel like home, come here! The toilets and bathrooms are so clean, the beds are so comfy and the linen smells fresh and clean all the time. The kitchen is so modern and clean. The staff are the most amazing people. The WiFi is great, I make videocalls everyday for my work and I have never had problems. I always manage to find a silent spot in the garden to work. Moreover, I met some wonderful people in this hostel and I am so grateful!

The hostel has a very nice garden, the people are very considerate and it is very clean. Nice and spacious showers. Katarina is super friendly and helpful. One of the best hostels I've stayed in so far. When I'm back in Yerevan, I'll happily come back to this hostel.

Absolutely fantastic! My favorite hostel in the Caucuses, will return. Brand new. Sweet staff. Thick, fluffy, comfortable mattress. A/C in the girls' 2-bed dorm. Fully equipt and squeaky clean kitchen with brand new appliances. Cheap laundry. Great bathroom setup. Two shower rooms, two toilet rooms, and two sinks separately means you never had to wait for a toilet or a shower. Amazing wifi for remote work! The tables downstairs by the kitchen and the shaded area outside are both great. Indoors the speed was over 200mbps. Location is far enough from the city to require Yandex rideshare app, but rides are $1-$1.50 so it's not a problem. Supermarket and pharmacy are within a 5 minute walk.

No air conditioning in (most?)of the rooms, in mine as well, which really turned down my ability to enjoy the city. You were already exhausted in the morning after a sweaty sleepless night. This will for sure not happen outside of summer but for foreigners which are not used to the heat, (and actually locals didn't enjoy it as well) it's essential. Added with car emissions due to open windows for any "air" even more unpleasant. But that's the only, though important point.

In general everything available what you need to come through your day. Very clean, bright interior and modernly equipped. Kind and very helpful hosts, maybe easier with some russian or armenian skills. But main topics are covered with english. Lots of supermarkets available, Metro accessible if not using taxi services.
