How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Everything was better than i expected (important to remember that its on a 6th floor with no lift, its the only nuisance).
Everything was perfect. The apartment is gigantic and beautiful, super comfortable. The owner was super kind and attentive from the beginning. The location is also ideal to walk around Yerevan.

The room is very comfortable, the location of the room is close to many attractions, which is convenient for tourists, the landlord is very friendly and helpful, I would recommend this hotel.

The only downside was that it’s on a high floor with no elevator, which could be tricky for some people
The apartment was great! Perfect location, very clean, and the staff was super friendly. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Please be aware - no elevator provided and apartments is located on top floor.
Very clean, warm and comfortable. Beds were wonderful. One of the best sleep that I ever had in rented properties.

This apartment is in the heart of Yerevan. Although there is a parking place in front of the apartment( on the street), it is almost always crowded (except the evenings, when there are a couple of available spots.). So if you come via car, be prepared to roam on the street to find a parking lot. But don't afraid, nothing happens to your car when you parked even if you leave it for two days (which we did).
The location was perfect. Apartment was very well-equipped. Lily was always reachable. Everything was great. I wish we'd more time to stay there.

The building has no elevator, thus it would not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The hosts were very dedicated and extremely helpful. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you'd need and it was impeccably clean. Beds were comfortable.

The bed was only accessible on one side. The lack of a lift even though the booking information details the six flights of stairs is hard work.
The host was very helpful and informative, offering advice on all tourist things. The apartment was modern and spacious with a very comfortable couch. Kitchen was well equipped and washing machine was very new and effective. The location was very central with any easy walk to the excellent restaurants recommended by our host.

Spacious apartment in the city center, very well equipped and very clean. Possibility to park the car in the yard (max. height 2.70m). Important in Yerevan. The owners are very helpful. Perfect. We highly recommend. (6th floor, no elevator)

The apartment is in the attic, so there is not much sunlight, and it's on the 6th floor without an elevator. That was OK for me and my friend but may be not OK for someone else.
This is a very nice and well-equipped apartment in the centre of Yerevan, within walking distance to all sites. The hosts, Lily and Suren, are very friendly and also provide tours and an airport shuttle.

We are staying to Lily's loft . -Lily she a great owner . Very good communication in English , polite and helpful . -Clean apartment -Spacious -Full equipment -Fast WiFi -Near to restaurants , supermarket pharmacy etc -Bus stop in the front of the building , 5 minute walk from the metro station -Comfortable mattress -Nice view -Balcony , washing machine , fireplace -Heat

The owner Suren is a very kind person who helped us in carrying of luggage. Although the the apartment is on 6th floor but it is worth because of owners hospitality and warm welcoming. He gave me his parking lot to be more convinced. I will choose this apartment in case of another visit to Yerevan. May God bless Suren and his kind family.
