Bed Room does not have Airconditioning but it has a powerful small fan and you can open the window as well. Hence should not be a problem in a decent weather. We went in 1st week of August and it was comfortable. Bathroom might be small for few and has a common tap connection between shower and wash basin but it is also manageable. Overall, no dislikes but just couple of points for future guest to come ready with.

Lily and Suren, both were fabulous. Suren patiently waited for us outside the Airport even when we were delayed for Visa on Arrival and Immigration. He was an amazing companion during our travel for two days within Armenia and also extended very warm hospitality. Apartment is in central of the city (When I say central, as per Europe standards) Republic Sqaure is 15 - 20 minutes walk and so in Grand Candy or other Key Locations. Apartment is ideally located with a view of Ararat mountain from the Balcony. Balcony itself is spacious and can seat 4 PAX easily and comfortably. You have grocery, pharmacy, dental clinic, supermarket everything with 1 minute to 10 minutes walk. I would recommend the place for anyone traveling to Yerevan wanting to stay in a homely environment in central of the city. Thank you Suren and Lily.

The ceiling is very low. If you're over 190 you will have problems with fitting in several spaces, especially the shower :)

Lili's loft was sooooo nice and comfortable! I spent an afternoon there instead of visiting the city because i really liked staying there, there was an amazing light coming in and it was nice to spend some time on the terrace. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom very clean. Check in and check out were very easy and Lili was responsive and quick with the answers. Location is perfect and very central. I loved staying here :)

it is a home away from home, It’s our first travel and visit in yerevan and I’m glad I found the Lily’s loft were we stayed for a week , Lily and suren is very kind and polite they have showned us the hospitality of armenians and they are very attentive as well.Suren showed us we’re we can get the best money exchange and cheap shops which is very close for our personal needs and there’s a amazing bakery outside the building.the loft was very cozy and clean and the best thing is you don’t need a cab to get around the republic square . you got everything you need . it’s very quiet and the balcony view is outstanding.I have so much to say but check them out you won’t regret your stay with them .we will be staying here again when we visit armenia once again .

You can use the elevator till 9th floor And you have to go one more floor up by stairs till 10 floor which is building roof. Unit was small for family. The Water heater is not easy to manage

We couldn’t work the shower - it’s a mixed tap and we just couldn’t get the temperature comfortable.

Three night stay at the loft, love that it’s on the top floor and very quiet - there is next to no neighbour noise. The view from balcony was beautiful and we spent our first night sat enjoying Mount Ararat. Well equipped kitchen, good WiFi and appreciated the use of the washing machine and power. Pillows were not the best for us but bed was comfortable. Easy check in and Lily was responsive to any query we had.

That was not a proper place for tourists at high price. Curtain quality was awful. Early in the morning too much light disrupting sleep.
