Location is perfect. Quite a unique hotel with just five apartments. Good stuff, clean and equipped rooms. Worth its price.

Small maintenance issues in the bathroom, the spray gun was leaking, and the shower rod was loose. It wasn't a big issue ,so we informed the front desk staff during checkout.

The location is excellent, and the rooms are comfortable and clean.The young lady at the reception was very helpful and courteous.

The hotel serves breakfast but only in room as there is no restaurant; we had nice breakfast in nearby restaurants Camilla and Cafe de Angelo

Very small boutique hotel well situated in Yerevan opposite of opera and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Very friendly staff who make you feel very welcome. Would stay here again when back in Yerevan

There’s nothing I didn’t like, it’s rather a recommendation for future: your breakfast would be ordered by must.

Every single administrator was tremendously friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, very convenient, stylish, had everything needed - including shave kit and comb. The view is amazing as well. I liked that each room has its own floor. I Personnel is extremely friendly and is pleasure to deal with.

Every room of the Hotel has a balcony with an amazing view. Hotel is located very centrally next to the opera and in the midle of everything. Hotel staff welcoming and helpfull.

Couldn't fault this place at all... The room was great, the location was great, and the staff were great too. They allowed us to leave our luggage with them on the day we checked out, as we had a train booked that evening.

This hotel is located in the center of town, which is perfect for getting a taste of Yerevan. The room had everything we needed with a beautiful view of the Armenian National Opera building and Swan Lake. The staff were friendly and warm and made us feel very welcomed.

A couple of small suggestions: There was no curtain in the washroom, and with two windows directly opposite, it felt a bit exposed. Hopefully this can be added by our next visit. Also, the corridor leading from the washroom to the bedroom felt a bit empty and bland. Since the hotel has a London theme, it would be lovely to see some themed artwork or decorative elements to give it more character. Overall, a wonderful stay with only minor things that could easily be improved.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by an amazing staff member at the front desk—a lovely girl who made us feel right at home. Later in the evening, the gentleman on the evening shift was equally friendly and professional. Both of them truly made our experience special. The housekeeping team did a great job—our room was always clean, fresh, and well-kept. The location is also perfect, close to everything we needed and easy to get around. Everything was just perfect. We’ll definitely be back!

I have personally verified this – if you are going to Yerevan for a few nights and you really care about comfort, coziness and quality – book this hotel. The location is in the very center, with Opera House view, the main shopping street is around the corner, 5 minutes walk to the Cascade and the best restaurants of any cuisine you like. The staff is incredibly attentive and caring, the breakfasts are unbelievable, and the hotel building can safely be considered one of the architectural discoveries of the city.

hello London Hotel in Yerevan, was a hotel with excellent facilities for us. First of all, the coordination was excellent, they transferred us from the airport to the hotel, and although we arrived at the hotel late, around 4:30 in the morning, they did our work very quickly and after 10 minutes we got the room. From the driver to the hotel reception, they were all kind people and treated us with respect.When we received the room, we were surprised because it completely matched the specifications mentioned when booking the room. A room with a suitable area for two people, completely clean, excellent ventilation system and adjustable room temperature. Excellent lighting, a lot of closet space, the bed was very comfortable and perfect, we had a deep and comfortable sleep. The hotel environment is very quiet and cozy. The room is equipped with a TV and a refrigerator that has a variety of drinks, an electric kettle and coffee equipment, a table and chairs, and most importantly, a balcony with a table and chairs was very suitable for smokers.The food of the hotel was very delicious, it was our taste, it was very good. The price was very reasonable with the facilities. We had traveled from Austria to Armenia and next time we will book the same hotel London and I recommend this hotel for your stay.And finally, I wish success for the London Hotel in Yerevan, Armenia.
