The toilet seat was loose and difficult to use. It needs to be fixed. Also, the electric tea kettle had mineral build-up in it and should be replaced. The refrigerator shelves were not in their place on the grooves and it was difficult to maneuver them because of the tight corner location of the refrigerator.

The room was comfortable and had all the basics. The breakfast was adequate. The staff members were kind and friendly. And the price was excellent.

I stayed on 2 nights with my friend. The hotel has very nice design with great colors and materials. The manager Arthur is very pleasant and kind. He gave as detailed answers on our questions about Vanadzor and supplied me with iodine and peroxide when I cut myself hiking at the waterfall :)

The price was expensive and the “room” was a closet with little to no air circulation. When we left the door open have air flow the noise from the restaurant and bathroom light would go on and off from the restaurant patrons. The person sharing my 2 people dorm room (bunk in closet) had booked and paid 2-3 weeks in advance and immediately regretted it. I told to ask to switch rooms or get his money back and was told he would be moved after the weekend. Finally i was waiting 45 minutes to drop bags off in morning and later to check in. Wasted 1.5 hours waiting for anyone.

The bathroom and dining area was okay.

Combination of hotel and home which is perfect if you have been travelling for a while. Staff were terrific, Anahid and the young lass on night shift (can’t remember name). The breakfast was substantial and the a la carte menu was tres superbe

There was no A/C although thankfully staff brought a fan as the room had no windows. As a solo female traveller I would have felt more secure had there been a lock on my dorm room (I noticed there were locks on others so not sure whether mine was just in repair)!

Very clean and well-kept guesthouse/hostel. Located close to the main square and there are nearby supermarkets and ATMs. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Very cute little guesthouse in Vanadzor! I liked it so much I wound up extending my stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and the wi-fi was good. Breakfast was nice, and enjoyed on a little outside terrace. There were a few other guests but it still felt very relaxed. Staff was friendly. It was walkable to everything, but not loud as it was down a side street lined with trees.

Not that much. We would like an AC or at least fan for the warmer nights but at our stay We did not really need one. The rooms where a bit noisy from the music outside the restaurant. But it was silence at a proper time.

Great place for a one or two nighter. The rooms are new fresh and clean. As are the showers. Outside and inside area for dining or just having a drink. Staff didnt spoken english that well but enough to help with anything. Breakfast was ok nothing special but good enough. We had some diner and snacks at the hotel. Good pricing and great food. Everything is within walking distance. + comfy beds + great hot shower + really clean rooms

Nothing - for a dorm it is very good. Be careful - Maps.Me isn't correct. You need to walk a few metres down Batumi St. from the spot marked on Maps.Me.

Not far from train/bus station - walkable, lockers in room, kettle, fridge, cups, toiletries, friendly staff, good food available and not expensive. Good wi-fi.

They rented out the restaurant for a private event, the music was extremely loud and you could hear it from the bedrooms
