Good place to stay in Yerevan. This is a small hotel located in the city centre and close to everything. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day. The soundproofing in the hotel is poor, so I recommend using earplugs.

I noticed that the window door snapped when I tried to open it. The cold breeze from outside is coming in, but this is just a minor issue that needs repair. 🙂

I would like to commend this hotel for its outstanding hospitality. The entire property was exceptionally clean, especially considering its very affordable and reasonable price. I had a few minor incidents prior this trip and they had helped me make adjustments with my non refundable booking so i am very thankful that they have extended such understanding to my situation. It was a great place to stay, very clean and comfortable room.

The receptionists were exceptional in assisting my needs and were very polite. I would definitely recommend this place as the room is tidy, cozy, and comfortable. The place is conveniently located at the heart of Yerevan - I walked the whole time and managed to enjoy all the sites without worrying about transport.

All staff very kind and friendly, and many thanks to the night receptionist who checked me in in the early hours of the morning after one too many flight delays. Hotel is very central and located in a quiet street, close to the metro and Republic Square. Room itself was extremely clean with plentiful amenities, excellent value for money and highly recommended. Lovely receptionist also kindly stored my luggage!

Thin walls, was quite noisy. Vacuum cleaner at 8 a.m. wasn’t quite okay, as well. Probably wouldn’t sleep much without earplugs.

Nice location, friendly staff. Also was an option to leave baggage after check-out.
