The owner and staff are very nice, and the backyard is peaceful and relaxing—perfect for a quiet stay. I also loved the breakfast! It's a buffet-style setup with a good variety of food, which is great for filling up before a long day of touring and walking. There’s also a nearby grocery store where you can easily buy anything you need during stay.

Location was 30 min walk to town but it's close to local buses and Yandex Go (e ride app ) is very cheap. Supermarkets and cafes nearby. Hotel was happy to store my luggage on checkout. Family management very helpful. Nice courtyard to sit outside in good weather

The location is near the bus stop where the direct bus from the airport allows to enter and exit. The breakfast is fresh and tasty, there is a choice of coffee and tea. The WiFi network is stable and fast. There are rooms with twin beds.

The room was a bit small, and the shower wasn’t separated from the toilet, which felt a bit unusual.

The hotel has a convenient location — about 20 minutes by car from the airport and around 25 minutes on foot to the city center. If you’re planning a short stay, it’s a good option at a reasonable price. Breakfasts were delicious — just like homemade. The staff was friendly and helpful 🙂

Honestly speaking it was one of the best stays while traveling with my mother, who wanted to visit Armenia and Georgia in one shot. The hosts are super friendly people and have a lovely hospitality. It was a great stay in March 2025, 7 min bus/mini bus to the heart of the city, place is just 2 minutes walk from the Central Bus station which allows you to wake up and take a bus to any other city. Nice breakfasts, all people who work here are very kind and had a natural smile to you. My mother was not feeling quite well in the 1st day - and they helped us to get the necessary pills and made all what was possible to help us - so they did it like for the family members and not just for another regular guests! I am sure we would visit Armenia next time, as we haven't been to quite a lot of places like Sevan, Giymri ect.. we had all these in the list but the weather made some corrections. The toiletries is not complete, we were expecting to have toothbrush, soap and shampoo. However, only shampoo was provided.

The breakfast was excellent.the host should try to think for more menu if they are having the same guests for a week. We love to eat the omelette everyday!

A small private hotel with perfect location, near to Republic square, and very good value for money. Small, but clean and comfortable room. Very good and tasty breakfast, served from 9.00 till 11.00. In the rooms - hitting, air-conditioning, fan, fridge, hairdryer.

Breakfest should be earlier, it starts at 9:00, while the tourist tours across Armenia starts the same time. So I had breakfest only 1 morning out of 4 days. And the bed was not that comfortable.

Clean room with nice bathroom, fair price. Fast WiFi, there is a fridge and a hair dryer (It was very useful, you can dry for example your shoes after rain). Solid breakfest. There is an air conditioning. So everything you need :)
