The only downside was housekeeping, which was not always up to standard. Cleaning was often delayed, sometimes not done until after 4pm, with staff seen sitting in rooms and chatting on the phone.

Very good hotel with excellent spa and gym facilities, including a sauna, jacuzzi, and even a hair salon. The staff were friendly, and a special thanks to the porter who was extremely helpful, though I didn’t catch his name. Great location near the city centre, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast had plenty of options and was overall satisfying. Would gladly stay again and recommend to others.

Everything was great: the staff was very helpful, there was a wide choice of delicious food for breakfast, clean rooms, small spa area. They also have luggage storage room, which was very convenient, since we had a late evening flight.

I absolutely loved my stay at Messier 53 Hotel in Yerevan! The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the capital, close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The hotel offers private parking which is a huge plus, especially in a busy city like Yerevan. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and the panoramic views from the windows were simply breathtaking. One detail that really stood out — and will definitely be appreciated by many Arab travelers — is the availability of a bidet (shattaf) in the bathroom, which is often hard to find but extremely important for many guests. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety every morning. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

They have very small sizes on robes by default , but you can ask for bigger sizes and provided swiftly.

Accommodation was extremely comfortable spotless rooms , its a brand new hotel they literally still have price tags on the decorations in the hotel. Garden city views and location was amazing. Spa and facilities as well.

Breakfast was tasty, but with limited choice. Meet mostly pork. Room was with the balcony, but facing road, so a bit noisy.

Good location, close to market and good restaurants. We enjoyed our time in Spa area, Hamam is really good! Room is comfortable and clean.

- The location of the hotel was central. - We could walk and visit historical places. It took us around 20 min walk or 5min by taxi - The staff were very professional and kind - We had massage and we love it. Thanks to the masseur. - There were restaurants around the hotel which was great. It took us 10 min walk to go for a dinner - We felt very save at the area.
