Service first - very very kind and helpful. Size of the room, bathroom, water pressure, bed, simple yet tasteful style, mirrors, lights, French balcony. We ordered breakfast as a room service and it was good.

The format is unique as it is on a floor of a building that is not exclusively for hotel. So it may be a bit difficult to find. No view, but it was not noisy.

Very nice accommodation in the middle of the city. Staff were very attentive and quick. Liked the room which overlooked inner courtyard. Air-conditioning was very easy to set up to the temperature we wanted.

I tripped over an unnoticeable step in the elevator area. No hotel sign in the lobby on the ground floor. Same when you walk out of the elevator. These are minor issues. Overall it’s a great hotel especially for a solo business traveler.

Great location in vibrant new city center. Spacious room, very clean and with modern facilities and design. Good breakfast served by a waiter. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great location, right in the city center. The breakfasts were excellent – the gentleman serving them was very kind and did a fantastic job. The breakfast restaurant was clean, beautiful, and truly pleasant. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and very comfortable – everything was just perfect. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely return. It’s a high-quality, classy hotel in Yerevan.

I liked the location it was great as it was in the center and you could go explore the city. I really loved the ambiance of the hotel. It was really clean from top to bottom in one word spotless. The staff were incredible and very affable.
