A family-owned, small, and cosy hotel, with truly family-style hospitality. The room was spacious (a bit too spacious), sufficiently equipped, with a view to a quiet street - and a balcony overlooking it. Abundant homemade breakfast (a bit too abundant). Human touch.

A hygienic shower in the bathroom would be nice. Very few hotels in Armenia provide hygienic shower or bidet.

The host was very kind and helpful, eager to accommodate our dietary preferences. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee prepared in cezve was just superb. The room was reasonably spacious and had all the essential equipment (like a fridge, a kettle and air-conditioning). The location is also quite good (supermarkets, a bank with ATMs and cash exchange and a park are nearby).

Lovely host, very attentive and welcoming. The room was huge and very clean. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Absolutely recommend.

The lady owner is the most kind person in the world. Took care of Gluten intollerance of my spouse, did wash our cloths, aranged taxi, arranged bus, and speaks English

Wonderful breakfast and host

The owner was very kind, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a banquet every morning. Amazing. We did have a four bed triple. Plenty of room. Big balcony. The Lady owner, organized private tour driver and transfer dtiver , back to Yerevan, at a good rate.

The room get clean if you ask for it. Nothing bad, just a remark.

Very good location, very close to center and restaurants. The room was big and very clean. The breakfast was very delicious with pure handmade products. It was a home away from home. The host Elvira attentive, available, pleasant, always responds with a smile a patience.

The room and the bathroom had everything we needed. There was a free parking place in front of the house. In 5 minutes walk there is a good restaurant (Old Goris). The host was very kind, and she made an excellent breakfast.

One of the best places I have stayed; great room and location but above all lovely hosts, who were very helpful and I could always ask for advise, and made me feel at home. The breakfast was delicious and a great way of getting to know armenian cuisine! Thank you very much for my nice stay :)

The owner, Mira is very nice and helps us a lot. She helps arranging taxi for travelling to Tatev and shaking bridge. It’s located very closely to the centre.

The owner of this small hotel was exceptionally friendly and helpful and made an exceptionally good and ample breakfast for us. The hotel has rather old-fashioned furniture and bathroom fittings but everything functions flawlessly and the "old-fashioned" atmosphere contributes to the charm of the place.

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. we found the place easily and were recommended a good place to eat in the neighborhood. The road and pavement surface in the area surrounding the hotel was in a poor state, but this isn't under the control of the owners.

Great location few minutes walk to centre. Exceptional breakfast.

During our one-week vacation in Armenia, this was the best value-for-money accommodation we found. Both the location and the room's amenities were perfect. In the morning, the receptionist lady greeted us with the most delicious egg ratatouille I’ve ever had at a hotel, so I highly recommend booking with breakfast included. A special thanks for that!

The city of Goris is beautiful like a dream. This beauty becomes more beautiful with the hosting of a kind lady. This lady spoke English well, which is considered an advantage in Armenia. He guided us well and assigned us a beautiful room. The courtyard of the hotel was very beautiful with roses. A wonderful breakfast was served and everything was perfect
