Charging ports were not enough in the room. One beside the bed, where if you charge something then the bed lights need to be plugged out. Another was behind the table, and if the mini fridge was connected then the table lamp and kettle needs to be disconnected, if you want to boil water for tea then the fridge needs to be disconnected. There's no AC in the room which makes it a bit too warm in the room during the summer. My recommendation would be to provide one or two fans, that should solve the issue.

Excellent location, great rooms. The room had a great balcony. Great staff. The food was especially excellent. I really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel in Goris is an absolute gem. The location is very peaceful — it truly helps your mind relax and recharge. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, making it perfect for a quiet getaway. The staff is outstanding — incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and cozy. A special thank you to Nune from the restaurant — she made our stay even more enjoyable with her warm attitude and care. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Goris!

The food was excellent, the staff were extremely nice and helpful, and the hotel itself was lovely. We had a very spacious room with comfortable beds. This is a very cosy hotel in a good location in Goris. The staff were kind and the breakfast included was great. There is some parking space by the hotel and overall it was easy to reach by car. Would recommend staying here if you are in Goris!

Waiting time at the restaurant, and the fact that the staff was not as welcoming as all the other places we visited in Armenia.

It was a nice stay. The premises are great and the room was very spacious and clean, though the bathroom was not as equipped as expected for a 5-people room. We ate at their tavern and, although the food was nice we had to wait a long time before getting the dishes we ordered.
