Breakfast not very fresh or varied

Lovely place to rest in Yerevan, where finding a nice place without spending a fortune was difficult. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and speak great English. Room was cosy, comfortable, clean, had everything I needed.

Good location, quiet neighbourhood, far from noisy road. Very friendly staff. They knew we are arriving with a baby and since the building doesnt have an elevator, they arranged for us a room on the ground floor. Awesome breakfast for a 3 star hotel. They were also adding something new every day.

A very good place to stay in Yerevan, walking distance to pretty much everywhere, they allowed us to move breakfast from last day, when we had to leave early, to the first day, when we arrived to the hotel early in the morning. Very clean, spacious and good equipped room.

Breakfast began late, 8 am, that means, you have to skip if you go for tour. No water or drink opportunity in the lobby. It is hard work to carry the luggage upper floors, no lift in the hotel.

Breakfast was very variable, and delicious. Bed was confi, the location is good, quiet.

Walls were really thin so it was a bit noisy. Could be some fresh vegetable offered for breakfast and some more fresh fruit.

Location was good , 5 min by taxi to center. Staff was really kind and helpful. We arrived in the morning 6-7 am to the hotel so we requested breakfast box to the room and they fulfilled our special request. Room was clean and they have changed out towel. Room is enough for 3 people for a short stay.

After showering the bathroom floor will be wet, as there is no door for the shower. This is just a minor thing though and results out of the way the shower was designed.

Rooms are spacious, breakfast buffet was nice, staff helpful and friendly.

Difficult to get good sleep in a non-silent room. You can hear everything from the reception and other guests coming back in the night. Besides that, we were forced to unplug the mini fridge because it was too noisy and we had to remove the key card from the electricity slot during the night because the background noise from the electrical panel was unbearable. Water pressure in the shower not optimal. No lift in the building.

Located in a quiet backstreet, not so central but 15 min walking from the main attractions. Very spacious room. Staff helpful in changing a booking last minute and arranging an airport transfer. Small breakfast but with everything you need. Room cleaned every day during the stay.

Loud fridge, which I turned off cause I didn't use it. In my room, at night, light from the stairs partially penetrated into the room because the protective film on the internal glass had peeled off. Strange electrical noise from the ceiling. For me, it was a little bit cold in the room.

Good location in the center area of the city. Excellent breakfast. Very clean room and everyday cleaning. Comfortable room size. No noise from roads due to the location. Very good ration - value for money. I would recommend this hotel to my acquaintance.

All stairs which is normal in this region but staff assist us with our luggages.

It is close to great attractions on the city. Breakfast was great, we were there for 4 nights and they rotate set menu.

Pillows were hard for me and the sofa bed is not quite convenient to sleep on.

The hotel is hidden in a yard surrounded by buildings. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Room is very clean. Water pressure is low. Internet ok. There is a supermarket nearby. Walking distance to some main attractions.

The room was a little dark perhaps, but I am noticing that about many hotel rooms in Armenia (to reduce the heat?). A corkscrew would be a useful addition. ;)

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was a decent size, modern, and well-equipped. Good shower, too! It was also very quiet, which is important when you need to work. Breakfast was great, and I loved the fact that you could have it out in the yard.
