There was a loud water sound somewhere in the plumbing, it was loud enough to disturb. Not so good internet speed, unfortunately it was slow and occasional disconnections happened

Very small bathroom, the WC on the front of the entrance which makes the batroom not comfortable for use.

Soundproofing could be better. Could hear the traffic at night even if the windows were closed. At first night some people were walking back and forth in the hall and speaking loudly at 2am. There's no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom

The hospitality and the helping mentality of the staff is really exceptional. The receptionist Mary and Haykanush, did wonderful job. They arranged a tour plan which was really helped us. A big salute for them. The bellboy Arthur helped us with his charming smile, all the translations and provided good spots in the city. They are really helpful and hardworking. The main thing to appreciate is the ladies who are cleaning the premises are super.

Restaurant and bar wasn't operating the hours announced on the reception flyers.

This is not a complaint, but rather a suggestion. During the night we noticed the refrigerator-bar present in the room a bit noisy.

Excellent service, front desk staff always available (all hours of the day, 24/24 front desk service). Excellent value for money, the room was in perfect condition; free and very fast Wi-Fi connection. I noticed that there is also a laundry service, unfortunately not used during my short stay. A swimming pool and a small sauna is included in the price; they were very clean and well organized. The centre is easily reached by a 15 minute walk in a very quiet neighbourhood.
