but staff suppose to be more professional & they suppose to not confirm any rooms if not available bcoz first they confirmed & they personally messaged on WhatsApp & said that this room not available so either cancel the booking after confirming booking or you can stay in Dormitory (with 2000 AMD more needs to pay for dormitory)even though we book a Room not a dormitory

Location is good ,rules & regulation was good But not provide SUPERIOR TRIPLE ROOM instead they Give DORMITORY with no other option &charge 2000 AMD more .

I didn't like the location that much, it's up a hill and not so close to most places I wanted to visit. Also, it would be nice to have locks in the rooms for valuable things, more electrical outlets and bed light.

Nice kitchen, clean space, comfortable yard. The personnel is helpful, and the couches are really comfortable.

It was absolutely imperative to them that I pay before even seeing the bed, but they don’t take card and don’t have any change! Make sure you have the exact money? They told me to go to a shop and buy something (I didn’t need anything) to get change. When I returned lo and behold change appeared out of nowhere but it was too late anyway. The towel I got was also more of a kitchen rag. Finally, please install an air conditioner in the dorm, or a fan or anything. It was very difficult to sleep in the heat combined with the noise from the lobby which the room directly opens onto.

Decent for the low price, nice open yard and great kitchen with plenty of space and equipment. Bed capsules were spacious and private. Nice cat.

The access to the property is a little tricky. There is no sign "old Yerevan hostel". You should go to Buzand street from Saryan street and at the end turn left. Continue to reach two tall and modern building and in front of it you can find the hostel.

It was secure, even though there was no locker, calm during the day and night, very comfortable, friendly atmosphere, away from hustle bustle but fairly near the center. It was clean, the host stayed 24/7 at the property.

The bed was not comfortable at all, the blanket was so thin and the pillow was terrible to sleep.you could feel the woods under the bed when you slept.Also they didn't have a packing room for putting your backpack in, I had to change the hostel for that reason.

Location was good,near the center.bed was like capsule ones with curtain so you had your own privacy.the atmosphere in hostel was nice.

the young bald dude with beard seemed overbearing and unfriendly. he wasn’t helpful and didn’t smile at all. also didn’t let me leave my luggage on the day i left, which is my first experience of my whole trip. with that said, other than that everything was great and i would give 9/10 :)

No Lockers! Room with 4 beds had only 2 electricity sockets, one used for fan! Beds and mattress in poor condition! No AC!! Bathrooms with lots of humidity! Location is on a steep hill so you need to climb the hill each time. Manager talking loud in the building with cleaning lady and others! Disturbing! Had a room with NO windows! Only 2 toilets for the whole building, one per floor.

Just the price was good ! Internet is decent :) Pretty clean sheets and overall building, not the bathrooms.

I had just arrived in Armenia and had booked this hostel. I was told to come to pick it up. But when I went, a very rude employee kept making excuses and wouldn't take our money. We gave him drams, we gave him dollars, but each one made excuses and even insulted us. Given this behavior, I picked up my backpack and left. But after leaving the place, Sahel messaged to come back and apologized to me, but I didn't come back.

Staff friendly and eager to help. The address is located in Kond 20 with Rustaveli Street , in front of a big complex, not as in the middle of the neighborhood as map address show. Is possible to cook in their kitchen.

His alternative was a disaster for us.

The Old Center Yerevan is excellent, we stayed there for a few days. But when we came back from the countryside, they had a water problem and the owner diverted us to his other site at Tumanyan St. This was a complete disaster: his other place has no house rules. Noisy until 5am, uncomfortable room containing noisy wooden stairs to the upper floor, we could hear every step all night, chaos. I moved out to an other hotel near midnight. My daughter followed early morning. Because we booked three nights, we wanted to leave and get at least part of the money back. No way. The owner reacted stubbornly despite our initial kind offer to negotiate. And he made sexist comments to my daughter.

About the girl who slept on the bottom bunk You are showing disrespect to your elders. You can rent a separate room for yourself, and no one will disturb you while you sleep. And you don’t mind that you also opened the door at midnight and left it open. Because of this, I woke up and got up with a sore leg and closed the door behind me. You came to a cheap hostel and demand attention like in a five-star hotel. In other hostels for the same money you will have much worse conditions than here. When you check into a hostel, be prepared for someone to snore loudly (for example, your bedmate), someone to talk in their sleep, and someone to fart. You just never lived in a big company. I would like to see you when you are the same age as me, with cellulite on your stomach and a lot of extra weight, and your leg will hurt from injuries like mine, and you still climb the stairs to your bunk bed.

I stayed in this hostel for two days. The owner and the hostel staff are very friendly. Very clean, quiet. If you want to relax, then this is the place for you!

There was nothing I didn't like.

The thing I liked so much about this hostel is hospitality and being clean. Blankets are so clean and fresh, that you feel like you're in field of flowers. Temperature inside is average. The community also was hospitable.

Property is isolated, Beds are old you can feel the springs from the cushion it hurts to the back. The blankets smells weird, and toilets are dirty.

NOT FOR FAMILY. First of all i book 3 rooms for 6 days When we arrive they only give us 2 rooms, and me and my wife, my cousin and her husband and 10month old baby have to squeeze in 1 room with 3 SINGLE BEDS! And my other cousin and His wife on another room with their 5 year old kid. They give me a refund on only 10,000 amd wich should be more than that for the 1 day they of squeezing us in that 3 single bed room. Plus the toilets are dirty and stinky.

I had booked a bed in a four bed-dormitory... But when I got there I was told that room was not available and I've been led to a.... 14 persons dormitory !!! I actually doubt this 4 persons dormitory even exist. As expected, the night was awful with such a number of people, between hardcore snoring and people watching videos the whole night. But yeah, if you like rabbit boxes go for it ✌️

I had booked a night in a 4-bed room and when I arrived they gave me a bed in a room with 14 people. The owner said that the other room was full but I hesitate about the existence of that room.
