Very friendly hosts and really nice accommodation

Paradise is the mountains

Comfy rooms, close to the sites but still in a quiet spot, beautiful outdoor spaces just to chill and very hospitable and welcoming hosts that looked after us like family.

Absolutely nothing

The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The terrace and garden are great, with lots of options to comfortably hang out ( hammock, chairs, fireplace etc). The hosts are especially welcoming and go out of your way to make you feel at home

Great stay! Friendly hosts, cozy atmosphere, clean and fresh rooms with perfectly white towels and bed linen. We really enjoyed the tea with sweets and the evening by the campfire. Heating worked well in both rooms. Highly recommend this place!

We very much appreciated our stay at Old Tatev guesthouse. The rooms are very comfortable, and the garden is very nice. Special mention for the tea served in the evening, absolutely wonderful

There is no possibility to have dinner on-site, and the options were very limited in Tatev when we stayed there (in the summer).

Breakfast was made to order and the quality of the food was excellent. Everything was homemade and delicious. The family made us feel like family!

The shower heads had little pressure. I like a lot of pressure when the water comes out.

This guesthouse is exactly what you should get when you travel far from the “modern” world. It’s a beautiful and authentic place run by a warm hearted family, and staying here feels like supporting something truly genuine. There’s no TV, but that’s honestly the last thing you need in such a peaceful setting.

If you still rely on being online, the available Wi-Fi is very slow, but i recommend using your mobile data, 5G is surprisingly strong, even here.

Everything was great. The rooms are beautiful, with comfortable beds. The yard is gorgeous - spacious, with pleasant lighting and plenty of cozy spots to sit and enjoy the silence. Breakfast was very good. The host, Vagho, and his mother are incredibly welcoming and attentive. The location is also perfect - Tatev Monastery is just a few minutes walk away. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Tatev.

The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The house is cute, hidden in Tatev village, with a large and relaxing garden. The breakfast was excellent. I really recommand it for a stay in the area!

It is so close to the Tatev Monastery. The host is friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed. The breakfast was tasty. This place is so relaxing, I can recommend to everyone.

everything was great - clean, comfortable room, shower, hot water, breakfast... very hospitable host super relaxation area around the campfire and on the terrace... we really liked it

Location and host were excellent

the outside gazebo with the fireplace is an excellent place to meet other travelers.

Lovely breakfast on the terrace and the motorbikes were safely parked at the hotel, roofed in the garden.

Very very nice guesthouse. Rooms nice, balkon nice anx the garden js amazing. Stay a night longer if you like a silent nice area. I loved it

Modern room with very comfortable beds. We arrived after a thunderstorm with heavy downpour and were welcomed with a nice cup of armenian coffee.

Nice hosts, nicely decorated and very clean, lovely herbal tea, Anna was extremely helpful and kind
