Unfortunatelly, there is a bar under the hotel in the abbys and every night there was a wedding party ;) ... but if we closed the doors it was ok ;)... at least we were able to hear some original armenian songs...

Breakfast was perfect every day! Personal was smilling and was very kind. Pool was very n8ce every afternoon ... we were enjoying it very much.. not so many people, perfect sunset every evening from our balcony. ;)

Hotel is more than decent with clean and spacious rooms, decent breakfast and pool. The staff was super friendly and helping, allowing us to stay for 2 hours after the check-out and leave the luggage in the hotel during the day!

In the corner on the ceiling there was a spider web and the spider itself, so staff doesn't clean those areas. Be noted that it can be noisy, because of the road.

Location is great, near the concert hall. The view from the balcony was worth the money. Nice room, some part are a bit old, but overall great room. I also had an early flight, so staff packed me my breakfast earlier.

Hotel staff were fantastic. They couldn't do enough to help us. They ordered us taxis every day and were very friendly whenever we saw them. Facilities were great and hotel is in a lovely spot with views across the park and gorge to Mount Ararat beyond. There's a supermarket 2mins walk away that's always open and restaurants nearby. Hotel is quite close to the genocide museum and it is easy to get into the centre of Yerevan by taxi or metro which is about 15mins walk away.

The pool size is perfect, water is clean, but it would be better to extend pool working hours during summer and open it for guests at 10 (not at 11) and close it at 8 (now its closed at 7 which is too early). Thank you

on the morning when we were there, the pool wasn't open on time, 11 am, and we had to wait for 30+ minutes which was a bit disappointing because we stayed specifically for the pool and wanted to spend some time there in the morning before noon when the sun can be dangerous. also, we didn't have anything to hang dry our wet swimming suits. when we asked personnel for help they suggested that we use the balcony but our room on the first floor didn't have a balcony. there's nothing else they suggested to help us so we had to wear wet swimwear.

we enjoyed the breakfast. the hotel is strategically located not far from the Barekamutyun metro station with a park across the gorge. there are several cafes nearby and a supermarket. we liked the pool, it's not too hot there during the day because there is space in the show under the trees. there weren't a lot of people though we visited in the middle of the season, which made our time on the pool calm. our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. also, the staff allowed us to keep our backpack at the hotel for several hours after the checkout.

the swimming pool was filled with garbage - its just an eyesore the approach to the hotel is dangerous with no foot path or safe path to walk up from the main road

The carpets and curtains could be renewed. The fridge was really old and made some noise. For us Europeans it was weird to see an ashtray in the room.

Spacious, nice view, supermarket around the corner. Nice pool with garden and excellent breakfast. Good shower with water pressure and temperature. The airco also worked fine.
