Good price as for Yerevan. Recently renovated rooms.

Difficult to find as the entrance is from the yard and not main street.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and comfortable. At first, we had a bit of trouble finding the building since it’s not located directly on the main road, but as soon as we called, the staff responded immediately and guided us — it’s exactly where Google Maps shows, you just need to look a bit carefully. Everything else was perfect. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Republic Square. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotless and cozy. A nice bonus: there’s free coffee and tea available at any time, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

I had a pleasant stay at this property. The atmosphere was very quiet, which made for a restful experience. The room and linens were clean and well-maintained. The staff were polite and respectful, contributing to a welcoming environment. Additionally, the location is conveniently close to the city centre, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I felt comfortable and satisfied with my stay.

Finding the address was a bit challenging at first. However, once I contacted the hotel, the staff provided clear directions and were very helpful

Wi-fi was a bit slow, and would suggest adding a stove in the kitchen, whenever possible. But otherwise great amenities for affordable prices.

I had a great stay at one day hotel. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable common area and a equipped kitchen. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions or offer recommendations. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling on a budget.

Great location at an excellent price. Refirbed bathrooms and a simple Communal kitchen makes for a comfortable stay. Simple, clean rooms perfect for solo travel

It’s really hard to find the hotel using google maps- it will send you to a non descript car park in a building site (the back of the building). The front door is in the courtyard just after ‘Streat’ restaurant.

The hotel was super clean and in a great location. They recently remodeled so everything was brand new. It is in a great location and I loved the area and building it was located in.

No air conditioning though, so bear that in mind staying here in the summer.

The problems of the hotel 1- The building is blocked from the sun from morning to night 2- It does not have an air conditioner and cooling system 3- The windows need to be open and there is no mosquito net 4- It is not possible to rest due to the extreme heat even with a fan 5- Lack of facilities and high price Compared to Airbnb 6-totally similar to solitary confinement
