It is at a busy intersection, so despite good and modern windows, there is some constant background noise.

I arrived really late, near midnight, because my booked Hotel was too nosy. They were really helpful checking me in swiftly and the rooms was very nice, including a shower that does not smell at all and a sink that does not leak at all. Well done. The breakfast buffet gives a good choice for vegans and vegetarians.

The sign of the hotel is very low, close to the ground, so keep that in mind when arriving. Some rooms located on a ground floor, some on upper floors

Most Hotel rooms are in a separate building from the reception on the third floor with no lift. No problem for me, but it you can't do stairs you may need to rethink.

The hotel is located on semi- basement level . The breakfast area is in a center and around are rooms , so it makes very noisy every morning. Our room has no window that was not mentioned on the site. So there was not enough fresh air in the room.

My room did not have a window and I had problems with the room atmosphere. They gave me another room with a window for an extra charge and I was satisfied.

The hotel is located in a semi-basement, which was an unpleasant surprise for us, as I hadn’t noticed this in the description. The room opened directly into the dining area, which is just two meters from the reception desk. There were gatherings in the dining area until midnight, and in the morning, starting at 6:30 a.m., breakfast preparations began—with the clattering of plates and pots. The window in the room does not face the street but a dark bicycle parking area, so there was no natural daylight in the room—we had to keep the lights on. I would recommend that management replace the entrance door to this room with a soundproof one.

Breakfast could be more European - omlet or eggs in any form would be more appreciated than buckwheat and mashed potatoes for breakfast. Coffee from machine is also something a visitor expects (not instant coffee).

The hotel is ALL on underground level, keep this in mind. No nice views from the windows for sure; and if you're sleeping in a room that looks on the street, you'd better have earplugs with you. Also, Iit would be nice for the hotel to add some vegetables/fruits to their breakfast, as there was NONE during our stay. And the breakfast in general is super plain (cheeses/sausages/bread/coffee (sorry, not a good one :D) / tea/mushed potatoes/rice etc); there weren't even scrambled eggs :( Also, I understand that this hotel is located on a pretty busy street but I guess if there was any sign that people are kind of sleeping inside, there won't be other people sitting right at the hotel's windows :D

The best thing about this place is the location: you are very close to all important sightseeing points in Yerevan & a dozen of nice cafes & restaurants. The hotel is pretty clean inside; the water is truly drinkable, as it's stated on stickers in the bathroom :D The staff is always ready to talk to/ask about anything/request more bathroom essentials, etc.

My room was on the underground level, without window. When I book the room it wasn't clearly described. If arrive by car it's not easy to find parking place nearby.

Excellent location just to the opera. Very welcome staff, especially the lady on the reception. Our rooms was renovated soon, just like on the pictures. Very good breakfast.

The hotel breakfast was very poor considering it was a 4-star hotel. The breakfast area was very cramped and small, so only 3 rooms could have breakfast at the same time.

Our room was on the 3rd floor with no lift/elevator, walking up and down a few times daily isn't the best. The pantry has some loud dinner parties which carried on past 11pm,. However, we politely asked them to quieten down, they promptly did. The shower head in the bathroom was leaking. Staff don't speak much English.

Location was excellent, breakfast was good and freshly cooked. We were able to check in at 3am (our flight arrived after midnight) - they have a 24 hour reception. Helpful staff assisted us to carry our suitcase up (for check in) and down the staircase (for checkout) There is a large, shared dining room and pantry just outside our room (which is very well equipped) and very easy to have take away food. Grocery supermarkets, cafes, are nearby. The opera house was very near and walkable for the ballet which we were able to catch. I would rate the hotel an 8.5
