Pallada Hotel is a great place to stay. It is very centrally located. My room was nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend the Pallada Hotel.

It's a really nice place. The staff is amazing, they are a symbol of the hospitality of Armenia. The room was clean, all furniture was in a good condition, there was everything that I needed. No kettle! There wasn't one in the rooms or the reception. It was also very noisy with street noise (even 1.30am at night I was getting woken by the garbage trucks or loud pedestrians) and the curtains don't block much light so was a bit challenging for someone like me who likes a dark room. The hot water in the shower doesn't get very hot so I was getting a bit cold while showering. But these are all pretty minor things, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Excellent location. The room was clean and pleasant room to be in, with a comfy bed. They're small rooms, but that's all you need when you're out exploring through the day and the value for money was very good. The staff were nice. I'd definitely stay here again, it was great.

They could provide a dustbin in the room, there is one in the bathroom but it is too small. Also extra toilet paper would be great

The staff and owner are super kind and accommodating. They helped with currency exchange, charger for phone and any other small request we had. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The location of the hotel is very safe, just behind some government building and walking distance from the city's main sights/ markets. The only small inconvenience was occasional sound of trains. I am not sure which side it was coming from, but I assume metro is not deep enough. Either way, of course nothing the hotel can do about it.

It was a nice place all round. The staff were very nice and highly responsive and helpful. The lady helped me by calling the driver, when I ordered a taxi and the map didn't show the location correctly. The room was clean. The location is good, very close to the Republic square. It's also a great value for money. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Very friendly stuff! They allowed us to check in earlier because we arrived in the morning. Clean room, clean bathroom, very helpful people who also helped us with our bags. It was very pleasant to stay there! For me the floor was a bit cold but it’s okay as you can wear shoes.

The only thing I would mention is that rooms could benefit from further sound proofing as noises from outside such as traffic and people talking could be quite loud.

Cosy yet stylish rooms in a renovated area of a residential building. Great bathroom and complimentary toiletries, dental kit and hairdryer. Coffee and tea available in common area. Host is lovely and waited for me even though my flight landed late at night. Great location too!

The owner is very hospitable, nothing to complain about.

The hotel was just renovated and fresh. It is seen that the hosts put a lot of effort and love into the place - from the furniture to the choice of the wall paint. I liked how the bathroom looks - comfortable shower and modern toilet with bidet, stylish mirror. As it was opened just a day ago there was no kitchen yet, but the host told us they'll open it too soon. I hope to come here again.
