Good location near city centre very friendly staff

Noise from outside noisy air-condition dirty bathroom floor weak water pressure in bathroom

Very centrally located hotel. Just 5 min walk from a central square and on a walking distance to all city attractions. The host was nice and helpful. The rooms were average with a lot of noise from the street.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. There was a problem with the hot water. The rooms and trash cans were not cleaned throughout the 3 days of our stay. For the first night we were put in a room without windows, without being informed that one was even offered. Luckily the next day we were moved to a normal room. Rooms are not soundproofed and it was very noisy at night. The curtains are thin and do not isolate the light.

Pallada Hotel is a great place to stay. It is very centrally located. My room was nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend the Pallada Hotel.

The place is really clean and comfortable, the owner is supernice and friendly, he helped me from the start of the day till i moved out to airport. Location wise, it is near to vernissage market , 8 mins to laundry point

It's a really nice place. The staff is amazing, they are a symbol of the hospitality of Armenia. The room was clean, all furniture was in a good condition, there was everything that I needed. The photos fully correspond to reality. And the location was super comfortable, a lot of restaurants and two parks for running are nearby,

Our stay at Pallada was lovely, the place is clean and comfortable, but what truly touched us were the hosts. So kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. There’s a quiet sincerity in the way they welcome you, and it makes all the difference. Thank you for making us feel so seen and cared for.

Excellent location. The room was clean and pleasant room to be in, with a comfy bed. They're small rooms, but that's all you need when you're out exploring through the day and the value for money was very good. The staff were nice. I'd definitely stay here again, it was great.

No kettle! There wasn't one in the rooms or the reception. It was also very noisy with street noise (even 1.30am at night I was getting woken by the garbage trucks or loud pedestrians) and the curtains don't block much light so was a bit challenging for someone like me who likes a dark room. The hot water in the shower doesn't get very hot so I was getting a bit cold while showering. But these are all pretty minor things, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

The staff and owner are super kind and accommodating. They helped with currency exchange, charger for phone and any other small request we had. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The location of the hotel is very safe, just behind some government building and walking distance from the city's main sights/ markets. They could provide a dustbin in the room, there is one in the bathroom but it is too small. Also extra toilet paper would be great

It was a nice place all round. The staff were very nice and highly responsive and helpful. The lady helped me by calling the driver, when I ordered a taxi and the map didn't show the location correctly. The room was clean. The location is good, very close to the Republic square. It's also a great value for money. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

The only small inconvenience was occasional sound of trains. I am not sure which side it was coming from, but I assume metro is not deep enough. Either way, of course nothing the hotel can do about it.

Great location, helpful staff. Room clean and with nice decoration; bathroom new. Free tea and coffee - Lavazza.

The room had no windows (unlike the room in the picture). The next day they offerred us a room with a window.

Still, I managed to relax and enjoy my stay overall.

This time I liked it less than before. There was no toilet paper at all, no napkins, and no tea bags. I could probably have asked for them, but the reception is in another building, and it’s a bit inconvenient to go there.

It was clean and in the center of the city (just behind the republic square) I came early in the morning around 4 am to leave my luggage but I found nobody at that time sı I could not leave my luggage. This was the only negative point as it is stated 7-24 reception. Besides the staff was so helpful.

Very friendly stuff! They allowed us to check in earlier because we arrived in the morning. Clean room, clean bathroom, very helpful people who also helped us with our bags. It was very pleasant to stay there! For me the floor was a bit cold but it’s okay as you can wear shoes.

Everything was great. Room was small but very cozy. I had additional requests and hotel staff helped me greatly. Hotel is near to the center and all attractions are in walking distance.

The location is perfect, with easy access to everything I needed. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The hotel is located 3 min from Vernisazh market, it’s comfortable and well designed

Make sure you message the manager before checking in, so you don’t have to wait by the door. that wasn’t a big deal though
