Food , wanted to see more European cheese selections in the breakfast buffet, not overcooked boiled eggs () if they’re green inside, they are overcooked, pork bbq was not good from the restaurant twice and bet expensive

Breakfast only served as of 9 AM unless a big group is there. Noise from nearby main road Sevan-Dilijan. Some staff not so friendly (but some staff very friendly).

The only challenge us the lack of barrier-free environment. While the rooms, corridors and the reception areas are ok, there are steps to the main breakfast area, bar and terrace, which make a problem for thise with reduced mobility or parents with infants. I am sure it can be resolved! thanks to the great team for a perfect 10/10 stay!.

distance from Dilijan centre , quality of food in hotel restaurant is good but could be better, room cleaning was late and forgotten once.

Breakfast was excellent, pools and sauna , in the middle of nature with amazing views, great staff, balconies a plus, plenty of seating area in the hotel, music at the bar. Staff at the bar and restaurant are super hospitable.

Shame the pool and sauna had restrictive hours when I felt it could be open earlier and close later. Same with the bar it would have been nice for it to be 24 hours.

The jacuzzi water is not hot

I truly enjoyed my stay at the property. The customer service was exceptional, and the reception staff went above and beyond to assist us—especially Valentina, She was aware it was my birthday and surprised me with a delicious cake, which was a thoughtful and memorable gesture. Additionally, our room was upgraded, and we were kindly offered a late check-out at 1:00 PM, which made our stay even more comfortable. The pool staff were equally impressive. Tikin Hermine, in particular, was incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, the entire team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, warmth, and a high standard of customer service. I sincerely appreciate their efforts and look forward to returning.

The Hotel deserves its name, it's really PARADISE!!! Great location, amazing food, very friendly, polite and kind staff, ready to help with anything you need. The cleanness everywhere in the hotel and outside is on top! The entertainment area is totally LOVE! I've felt in love with pool and sauna! Thank you so much and, hope, see you soon!

Not able to cool my room because the A/C system was not available until June. We had to keep the balcony door open to cool the room down.
