Everything was great

Rooms were great size, location is not too bad close to bakery and Foodcourt and supermarket. Its around 2km from republic square. Breakfast is freshly made and can get eggs made as you want. Lovely staff. Do stay here if you want abit away from central. They speak English too

It's a bit far from center, but we didn't mind coz we were on tours most of the time.

Stayed here before and after our trip to Georgia, and every stay is always wonderful. Food, wifi, staff and facilities are the best. The owners are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. There are shops nearby at a good walking distance. Walk a bit farther and you will reach some tourist spots like Mother Armenia and Victory Park.

Just a bit far from the city center.

The breakfast was excellent, choices are not as wide but very practical, homey, and delicious. and most importantly, the food is warn as they are prepared right before and during breakfast. Wifi, food, cleanliness and service-- all topnotch.

Actually, this place and the staff working in it made our stay in Armenia very special. The staff is extremely friendly and supportive especially Vladimer. The location is good and not too far away from the city center. The food was good and I loved their baked desserts. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the essentials facilities. I will definitely go back. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Our room was on the 2nd floor and close to the staircase, so it was a little noisy in the morning when other visitors were going downstairs. Also some kind of place to hang coats on near the entrance to the room would be valuable.

Very good hotel with spacious rooms (absolutely enough for a family with two kids). The host was very friendly, met us in the late evening, helped to park a car (there are two private parking places and you can also park outside on the quite street). The hotel is located in quite area, so no street noise. The breakfast is very rich with selection of local and international food.

The hotel is very clean, staff really friendly. They prepare excellent breakfast (also confirmed by our 3 children). It is located on the hill, with a view of the city. Taxi to city center is cheap (on arrival we bought their sim card and used Yandex application). Supermarket, bakery, coffee is 5 min walk a bit up the hill.

Going to city is 15 minutes but the taxi is very accessible and we can manage it.

We really like the mountain view, the staff is very good and kind.The food is freshly cook and cooked by the owners(thank you for cooking the white rice for my kids and cook their requested food)there is plentiful choices of breakfast. And the hotel is very clean. The breakfast is 9 to 11 but because we will flight early today, the owner wake up at 7am just to prepare our breakfast( thank you for consideration).We really enjoyed staying in this hotel.If we have the chance to come back again in armenia we are surely stay again in Patriott hotel. Highly recommended.

Far from city center 3.5 km.No elevator and No nearby supermarket.if you have no plan for shopping and only you want to rest this hotel is for you..

Location is not that far from center, but hotel is located in not the best street / neighborhood, which could be a problem for those who wishes to do the walk only sightseeing

There wasn't anything we didn't like about the hotel

Good plentiful choice for breakfast. Ideal location for what we wanted to do. Easily accessible by bus. A nice walk into Yerevan via Victory park and the Cascade. The hosts were wonderful and couldn't do enough for you. Would definitely stay here again

The location is far from town. I'm used to walking long distances. But it was further than I realized. You have to call up a taxi to get to town.
