We booked the room from Jan 18 to 26, 2025, for 5 Adults. Arthur allowed us to check in the apartment at an earlier time and personally welcomed us, he is very warm and welcoming. He showed us around to familiarize with the apartment. All in all our full stay is satisfactory and would highly recommend it. In case given a chance to comeback to Armenia, we would book the same apartment if possible. Location - 10/10, very near a supermarket with food court, pharmacy and money exchange, park, and the republic square. The Blue mosque is just outside of the apartment. Apartment facility - 10/10, we were able to move around just like home. *The apartment is the same as the photo shown in the advertisement. *2 bedroom with a receiving area, that has a TV and serves as our dining and getogether area. *Fully functional kitchen, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooking pots and utensils are available to use. *Washroom, without bedit but "tabo" is available. =) so, we can manage. *Has a washing machine that is very convenient for long stays. In Addition, my mother left her watch after we checked out and Arthur has notified us quickly and he make an effort to return it back personally. To Arthur, thank you for providing us this apartment, we had the most comfortable stay in Yerevan... It was ended lovely..

Not a negative feedback but, for the washroom if a bidet can be added, that would be perfect..

It was the same as described and I would not go anywhere if back to Yerevan again. The landlord was very nice and helpful. I love him and recommend staying at his property if anyone has a plan to go to Yerevan. Close to a massive supermarket and a very good location.👌

If you are looking to stay in a central location, this flat is for you! Basically everything is a short walking distance. Republic Square/Cascade Complex is less than a 10 minute walk, there is a huge supermarket and foodcourt called Prospect just around the corner that offers everything you could possibly need. Flat has an induction stove, microwave and utensils if you want to cook something quick. Yandex Eats delivers right to the flat that is in an old building but the flat is recently refurbished. But the best thing about this flat is Arthur, he was such a gracious host!! He offered to pick us up from the airport in his car at (7:30 AM), and he used his phone to order us an extra taxi (we were a family of 5 with 5 bags). When there was an issue in the flat, I would whatsapp him and he would reply instantly. He was avaliable to answer all my questions (even before we arrived to Yerevan), fix minor things and offer suggestions. I would definitely stay there again.

The location and the host hospitality

Perfect location. Host was amazing and even provided us a trip to Dilijan. There was a problem with the apartment that we booked but he provided a new apartment for the same price. Highly recommended if you are travelling to Yerevan.

Great location! The apartment is located in the very center of Yerevan, but still hidden from loud streets. We also found many grocery stores and restaurants around

Unfortunately there was no dining table, but just a small coffee table. It was a little bit uncomfortable to dine in the apartment

The host was lovely and the apartment was in a great location.

There was mold/a terrible smell coming from the bathrooms. This was possibly something to do with the plumbing. The bed/mattress also had a moldy smell and was all very stained and unsanitary eg. Other people’s hair still on it. Behind cupboards/cabinets was a build up of dust, hair and other items that should have been cleaned.

Google maps does not work correctly with the addresses in Yerevan. I suggest to add to the description the geographical coordinates. It would help a lot.

Great apartment just near the Blue Mosque. Close to the center, the apartment has everything, including a hairdryer and a vacuum cleaner. Convenient kitchen. very clean. Great host, ready to help with everything.

The apartment is jsut in the center of the city, you may reach all the attractions by food. There is a big sypermarket on the boulevard in front. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. The owner is kind and helpful. We are thankful for the hospitality!
