The staff were outstanding. Very good Communication before and during stay and helped to get cars and even book tours. Thank you! The location of the hotel is superb - right in the heart of the action yet quiet

The downstairs eating area is a bit sad/dark/old-needs a spruce up. This really is a room only hotel - there are not any other facilities which don’t think I picked up on booking

Stuff is so nice and helped us a little with our requests. Also they are attentive. The place is in a good spot, so we enjoy walking around city centee

The staff Wass extremely nice, polite and helpful! Also I'd like to mention the clean rooms and good air conditioning

We booked the room with one big bed and it was there, but the bed had two matresses with the hollow in between so it wasn't very comfortable to sleep

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional and friendly. It's good for Muslim people because they do have Bidet spray at their bathrooms, and they are flexible to help and advise if you need. I strongly recommend them. Thank you by Mohamed Afifi ❤️

Very near to the city center and accessible

The temperature of the room was not adjustable. The heating was on the whole stay and the air conditioning was not even working.

The hotel is centrally located and is very comfortable. The staff are very pleasant, very friendly and ready to help any time. The hotel is super clean and the beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here. There's also a great place for breakfast a few steps away called Art Lunch as well as various restaurants very close by too.

Just the location and nothing else.

My room was in the basement and being an international traveller I had big heavy bags that I had to carry down and back up all by myself. No one offered to help! The walls of the rooms are made of paper o guess because I could hear people in the common room and neighbouring rooms at 2 am in the morning that kept me awake both nights I was there! The bathroom had a funky smell I guess coming from the drain, very unpleasant!

Hotel in great location. Very nice and helpful staff. Suited our quick stop over.

It was really convenient studio-room and excellent employees. They managed to prepare my room before the arrival time. The location is great too, in the city center.
