The place is not far from the city centre and the airport

The first room the mattress was not good but was upgraded and I appreciate that but during this hot weather they should invest on AC instead of fans. It was seriously hot making is difficult to sleep at night

It was very dirty and bad. They charged me more money and treated me badly.

The room was HOT (ca 33 - 34 degrees Celsius) !! I’m pretty sure I booked the room with window to the garden, but got a room with window to the hallway. That window didn’t have a curtain but a light shining into the room, right above my head - the ENTIRE NIGHT. I woke up a 3 am thinking it was daytime (as it was that bright, only to realise it was the middle of the night. At least DIM THE LIGHTS IN THE HALLWAY SO PEOPLE CAN SLEEP!!! We returned after a previous good experience, and had therefore booked again for a couple nights, then later booked an additional night. I certainly hope the next room will be better.

It is a good place. There are nice tables outside for drinking coffee, and there is an open swimming pool

It was so hard to communicate in English, only one guy speaks English and was not at the time of Check in.

Very uncomfortable beds. We had booked 2 nights (arrive at 04:15 in the morning of the first). We had told them in advance we'd be arriving early in the morning. When we got there our room wasn't ready and we had to wait another 45 minutes (even though we had paid for the whole night).

The hotel altogether was a very unpleasant experience. I wouldn't even call it a hotel if I'm considering basic hotel standards. My room was way too small for a double room. I'd requested a qeen bed instead of 2 beds which was approved online but didn't actually happen. The room did not have any amenities mentioned on Booking.com. no dryer, no kettle, no terrace or garden view, no soap or toothpaste! The mini-fridge was unplugged. The room was not clean even though I had a late check-in. There was dust in every corner. There was a giant spider sitting at my ceiling which when addressed, was taken off by the receptionist. There was a blanket curled up and pushed into one of the closets. One of the pillows had a terrible brown spot on it which I realized late unfortunately. The breakfast is decent and okay, but nowhere near worth 5-6 usd. They did bring me a kettle and later a soap and toothbrush package upon request, so again, the staff is nice. But the hotel management and standards are absolutely low. All in all, I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're intending to experience a Hotel. This isn't one. I also wanna mention how poorly Booking.com responded to this, I reported all of these on the first day to the customer care both by text and by call after holding for 25 minutes. They listened to my concerns and apologized, promised to get back to me. Which they haven't so far and I've already checked out. I feel completely ignored by Booking.com as if as soon as I book with them, they've won the case and their job is over. Ridiculous

Zero sanitary ware. Parking on the side of the street. the beds were awful, the smell of the toilet came inside the unit, the unit was separate from the main building, in front of it, I don't recommend it to anyone.

Owners are a family, very hospitable and friendly, excellent service.
