The breakfast had very bad quality, and all the bread was moldy!! But one of staff the name was "Aram" was very friendly and he helped to my parent for anythings.

The receptionist kept asking about our checkout time even before we checked in, which felt uncomfortable and a bit rude. Also, there was a slight unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

Just kidding 😁, but their damage policy sounds scary. I'm not sure if you need to keep this set of rules in the room and also mention it during check-in.

The room is nice; it's spacious and clean. A good benefit is that the air conditioner is working properly. The staff are really good, especially Aram. He is a really nice guy, always ready to help, and has excellent communication skills:) Also, they let us store our baggage after check-out until the evening, without extra charges.

Very comfortable beds, good AC, large and modern room, good bathroom, friendly staff speaking good English. Access to a nice rooftop even while bar is closed.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean, quiet, and super cozy 😌 The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great too, just a short walk from the center, so it’s easy to get to all the main spots. I loved the stylish interior and the cozy vibe, and the beautiful paintings gave it a special touch. The staff were lovely, always friendly and happy to help. You really feel cared for here. I’d happily come back and would recommend it to anyone who values comfort, peace, hospitality❣️

4 hours of room extension costs almost the same as an extra day .Strange procedure of the room examination during checking out .

Hotel is in a commercial area but is just a 15 minute walk to many of the attractions, restaurants and sites. There are some beautiful places to see in Armenia and would recommend going on some of the excursions on offer - lakes, mountains, vineyards and monasteries - all stunning. The people of Armenia are very friendly and most were able to speak in English

Breakfast was horrible, cooked meal was not acceptable for the breakfast (ie burnt) and there was no choice of standard meals like ham, bacon etc to cover poor cooked meals.

Please note that it is not in the centre but close to it, you have to walk through a not so nice area.

We stayed only 1 night. It was calm, clean and ok for 1 night only. Parking on the street was fine as well. We got mineral water, which is very nice.

The accommodation is very good! Almost new. The rooms are nice and clean, well equipped. The staff is very kind. The food is delicious and plentiful. There are small and large shops and dining options nearby. The city center is a pleasant walk away.

Amazing property, the location is great, we had a great stay. The room is clean and modern, the staff is super friendly and helpful. We got gifted a fresh plate with fruit, and the staff was super accommodating as we checked in and out very late at night. Very much recommended.
