The apartment was booked for a group of friends. From the photos, we weren't sure if they were going to fit. But the apartment had a generous size. It was beautiful, clean, and centrally located. They had such a good time! Staff was super accommodating as we had to change dates and apartments due to a change of plans. Highly recommend!

This might well be the best accommodation experience I have had so far, a place made with a lot of love which feels like home. It is clean, spacious, has nice design and just about any little thing you might need, from self-service laundry to a vase for your flowers or oil & spices for cooking in the kitchenette. The staff is very welcoming and responsive. The location is great, and the apartment is very quiet. I guess we will be staying here every time we come to Yerevan from now on!

It’s not really that ‘i dont like’ but others may consider it. It has no elevator, not a big deal because they will help you carry your things up. And I consider it as my exercise with all the food I ate 😁 The bathroom floor can be slippery, not a big deal just be careful.

Very good location, I should have stayed here the moment I arrived at Yerevan. I love the complete kitchen supplies, oven and stove so you can cook and heat your food. AND they have laundry area, so convenient and will save you money.

Big and clean apartment, everything is new. The location is convenient for dining and walking around. The wi-fi is very good for work. After a first stay it became my favourite place if I need to visit Yerevan for a few days.

The apartments have no lift. You either have 4, 5, or 6 flights of stairs to climb. Don't take heavy luggage! Parking ( free or paid) is problematic, especially at check in time. Pray to St.Anthony.

The studio apartment was lovely. It faced away from the main street and was quiet and caught the morning sun. There was plenty of space, a nice lounge and sitting chairs and was comfortable to come back too after a day out. The kitchen was well set-up.

It’s on 4th and 5th Floor . No elevator , only stairs .with family a bit tiredness . However in Yerevan cold climate the stairs are good to go . Most of the apartments in city don’t have elevators. Doesn’t mind ….!

You have to go up several flights of stairs to the 5th floor.

Nice cosy little apartment. Good size for a studio. Plenty of storage and decent selection of cutlery/crockery. Separate laundry room with a dryer available which is great if you have a baby. They provided a cot and room cleaning for free which was also appreciated.

There was an issue with the pet payment. The price is not indicated on the page, and thus the host may ask whatever he/ she wants which is of course not nice. First, the host asked for an illogical price for a night, but afterward, the question was nicely and quickly resolved. Hence, a small piece of advice: if you travel with a pet, discuss the price on the shore. Separate thank you to the receptionist and the host for solving this issue afterward quickly.

The location and the apartment were great: clean, quiet, cozy, and central. The contact with the reception was exceptional. All the questions were resolved quickly and neatly.
