The hotel staff at reception very welcoming and polite she accommodated us even we were early. The hotel is brand new super clean, the room was clean and comfy. Location was perfect just 10 mins walk from Republic Square and all other attractions. Supermarket just in front. Highly recommended when visiting Yerevan.

The lady at the desk was super nice and helpful. We were told that our room has to be changed. But the room we got was better than we've ordered so everything was fine. The location first seemed strange. But it's close to the big mall as well as the city center.

The booking turned out to be very unreliable, for the first time in twenty years with Booking.com. When I arrived from the airport, I was greeted with the words "We asked you to cancel your booking". Indeed, an hour before that - when I was already getting into a taxi at the airport - I was sent a message asking to cancel the booking - I read it already at the hotel. This is very unpleasant, especially when you have heavy suitcases. Finally, I was eventually placed in a room that was clearly did not look like the photographs of Queen Suite I had booked but the price did not become lower.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The shopping center with a food court and groceries is in 3 min. walk. The staff is polite and ready to help with luggage. WIFI works well.

The staff is super friendly and helpful .. Alissa helped us so much with very good tips and tricks for the city she also has given us a free room upgrade also she let us keep our bags in reception after check out as our flight was a bit late .. Thanks Alissa so much u made our stay perfect

Nice and clean hotel. Stayed in the spacious room with good ventilation. Early check-in is available for extra fee. Friendly staff working in the hotel. A 24/7 supermarket is just few steps away from hotel with food court above it. Overall, this hotel is great place to stay! 😊

It looks a lot fanicier in the pictures than it is. (but what else is new, right) Anyway, it seems quite newly built and is kept very clean. A good choice!

The staff is very attentive and friendly. Great location (24h-supermarket right next to it), 10 mins walk to repuplic square. Beds are comfortable and the fridge is really a plus. Airport pickup went smooth.

Scam! If you see that very good price for the room - don't believe it! I thought that was misunderstanding or mistake, but when I red reviews on the Google, I understood that sounds like plan to deceive the customer. We arrived late at night and they apologized that overbooked. They proposed different hotel (Old Yerevan Hotel) near this place. The hotel looks worse that we booked and they ask more money pay in cash, than costed our room. Requested to cancel reservation. We needed hotel for a couple hours, because our flight was early, so we didn't want waste time for a new searching. It was my firs bad comment within 15 years, and first bad experience saying goodbye to this beautiful country.

Extremely friendly staff who’s ready to help and fully available 24/7. Perfect location, most must-see places can be reached on foot within 10-15 minutes. A great supermarket right in front of the structure where you can find anything you need for a comfortable stay

The hotel is very good. It is near Mashtots Avenue, so you can walk to many places from there. Everything is clean and nice. The room is comfortable and quiet. The staff is helpful. You can pay with a card at the hotel. There is a 24-hour shop near the hotel. It is perfect for a short or long stay. I really recommend this hotel!

Shower wasn’t hot enough. Four star hotels go for the same price in the city, you can get a better deal. I believe it should be cheaper since it’s likely a 2 or 3 star.

The staff attempted to take advantage of us on multiple occasions. They didn’t have our booking and then told us there would be an ‘upgrade’ and proceeded to try to charge us extra money - this happened on multiple occasions with different staff members. Very shady business practices…

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They have 24 hour support at the front desk. The location is very good. It is close to the city center and right next to a local shopping center. The bed room was clean, the A/C was working properly, the bathroom was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable.
