Everything was cool! The surrounding is amazing, hard to find and the road isnt that good but woryh it! Amazing hispitality, tje owners are such cuties. Breakfast is huge and yummy!

Amazing value for money when staying in Tatev. Owner is lovely and always on hand to provide tea, cake and a warming smile. As noted by many other people the breakfast spread is truly epic with 3x salads, cheese, eggs, tvorog, bread & spreads as well as chai each morning. By far best breakfast I’ve had in Armenia in 4 weeks.

Maybe the furniture could be a little bit newer.. but it wasn’t a big issue

The owners were absolutely great! We didn’t speak the same language but we could connect and resolve every question/problem. The interior is a little bit old, the food was great - everything from their own garden… We had 2 suitcases and the owner drove us to the cable car station with his own Lada - what a great experience! Thank you once again!

A lovely and homely stay in a family house. The host was very kind – she welcomed us with coffee and homemade cake upon arrival. Breakfast was included in the price and was absolutely delicious. The garden terrace offers a breathtaking view of the valley. On top of that, the accommodation is within walking distance of the Tatev Monastery. I truly recommend staying here!

I had a very pleasant stay in this B&B at the end of my hike from Goris to Tatev. Hosts are very friendly and made me feel welcome even if we don’t speak the same language. Breakfast is delicious, plenty of homemade salads, and enough to feed a whole army. The value for money is one of the best I had anywhere in the world.

A very nice family. They welcomed me with coffee and pastries in a spectacular garden. I loved the time I spent there, taking in the views and the well-tended garden. The room was very comfortable. It's a five-minute walk from the cable car. The breakfast was enough to feed an army! 😄

Everything! Rubin and his lovely wife felt like grandma & grandpa. I felt at home, warm, cost and loving family!! They are very generous. Every time I went back to guest house, they offered coffee, tea and dessert to me and my friends even though they are not staying with me. The garden is magnificent. It’s a small paradise on top of the mountain. Location is just 5 mins walking from Tatev monastery and some restaurants. You should stay there!

The Hosts only speak Armenian or Russian, needed to communicate through Google translate, this was very easy btw.

The food served (including tea before hand) were extremely tasty and consisted of many options. The hosts are extremely friendly

Oh. My. God. This was one of the best guesthouses I ever stayed in. Rubin and Angia are so warm and welcoming it is hard to believe these people exist! They were constantly making sure I was happy and satisfied. The breakfast Angia prepared was really abundant and tasty. The breakfast was served in a garden with an amazing view! Rubin was a fun and interesting person to talk to. Sadly, they do not speak english, but I managed with my basic russian. I felt like they were my grandma and grandpa! I really wish them all the best in life!
