This is a great guest house. Very kind hosts, I recommend ordering dinner from them, we ordered (dolma, khashmala and potatoes with mushrooms), all food from local products, ask separately for pickles and fresh vegetables, it will be a delight for your mouth

The roads in the village are all one mud - I recommend travelling by an SUV. We didn't have one and we still managed it, though, so all good. Also, there was no warm water in the morning. But this was not a big deal for us either as we only stayed for one night and took a shower the evening before.

Everything was nice. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable. After arrival, the hosts served us with tea. In the morning, a typical Armenian breakfast was served - very tasty. The village of Tatev has its unique spirit, I recommend going for a walk around the village.

The place is in an idillic rural location in the village of Tatev, in walking distance of the well known monastery. Our room was really nice, spottlessly clean and with an amazing view directly on the mountains. The included breakfast was fresh, tasty and abundant, just like the dinner we enjoyed extra the evening before. The owners are really friendly and welcoming. It was a perfect stay for us!

We had some issues with the shower. There was plenty of hot water but the pressure was quite low

An amazing place to spend the night when in Tatev! Both the dinner and breakfast were home made among the best we have experienced in Armenia. The bed was very comfortable as well

The location was great, right next to the Tatev monastery and the cable car. All the necessary things are there. The hostess was super, friendly and helpful and a very good cook. She cooked all the meals and used produce from her garden. It was super delicious. The hostess recommended us a tour in Tatev organized by Artak. We saw all the attractions of Tatev, learned about the history. It was very interesting. Staying at Tatev was the highlight of our trip to Armenia. Thank you very much :)

The location is great, very nice looking near the house (in 100m is a great view on the canyon ). Apartments are not hot and not cold, with perfect ventilation. And very tasty food :) sugar-free drinks from local fruits, salted cheese, soup, and so on.... I definitely recommend the place.

The village is small and there is nothing to do except visiting the monastery.

Everything was very good. The food is amazing. On breakfast we also tried homemade cake. Amazing. At night was cold, but owner provides us heating, so everything was comfortable. And at night just look out and take a look to the sky full of stars.

The bathroom is not heated so it gets cold in the fall and winter. It's not a big issue but it's good to know. There is hot water however, it's just chilly when you go

We had a wonderful stay at Saro's. The rooms are simple but they have everything you need to be comfy. But the best part of the stay is the host! Maro (Saro's sister) was kind and generous from the beginning. We arrived quite late with some friends and she took us all in and made a vegan supper for us. She was able to personalize the menu every morning. Everything we ate here was absolutely delicious. She also gave us a few recommendations for things to do in the area. We would highly recommend staying here. It's a family-run place and they make you feel like you are a part of the family!

An excellent and friendly family run hostel with a very good restaurant near the cable car which you should certainly eat at for some great food. Its a small way into Tatev and easy to find, a warm welcome waiting from very nice people. A local shop was very close by. The room was warm and cosy and decorated very nicely, i loved the Safari theme! The shower had plenty of hot water, the wifi was good and i enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening. The breakfast was served in the morning and was really good. I only stayed one night but i loved every minute of it and the wonderful family running it were a pleasure to meet.

Matmro & her mother were very helpful with advices and trip to Devil's Bridge, Wings of Tatev and Goris taxi booking. B&B provided fair comort for price and good cldanliness. We were served with traditional Armenian breakfast too. Highly recommended!
