This is one of the best places i've ever stayed! - the young gentlman who works here is incredible! he's one of the most hard working people I met and he's genuinely a very nice person; he was very helpful from the begining, speaks great english and did everything possible to provide me with a comfortable stay. - the room is spacious and comfortable, and it's sooo quiet! AC works great and bed is comfortable. - the shared area including the kitchen and bathroom are always sprakling clean. - the location is good, a short walk from a supermarket and a food court with delicious food. few minutes and you're in the city center. Every time i am back in Yerevan, I am definitely staying here!

Everything is perfectly fine, the only small improvement idea is it to add some bedside light.

Very classy boutique furniture and the whole hotel atmosphere. From the first minutes you can notice that the host family has put a lot of soul into its creation and maintenance. We took two rooms with a shared bathroom, the conditions were very comfortable. Although there are different options available, so you can always choose required level of comfort. Location is also very nice. 15-20 minutes walk from the very center of the city. The SAS foodcourt is across the street, right in front of the hotel. So you can be sure that you will never go hungry;) Although there is a fairly big road nearby, the windows are remarkably high quality, so the room is absolutely quiet.

Very clean and cozy. Good AC (it was very hot summer), Good location (only 10 min walk to the city center), food court, supermarket, pharmacy and money exchange right across the street, very nice and polite staff. Overall - I enjoyed my stay there

I'll rate over all 10/10. I was a happy customer for my 12 day stay in Yerevan, Armenia. Shirbakyan Hotel has given me an excellent customer service during my stay there. The room was huge and spacious. The kitchen and washroom though shared was always clean and tidy. And above all, the staffs (owners) was really warmth and accommodating. They will really try to give all their customer needs the best they can. I would really come back in Armenia and would definitely stay again in Shirbakyan Boutique Hotel and Apartments.😊🙏❤️

first i have to admire staff. very friendly and helpfull everything was super clean. beds were very comfortable. adress is very good, nothing fancy, but you are by walk in the city center about 15 minutes. 24/7 well equipped store is just over the road. for that price is almost impossible to find something better in Yerevan.

Extremely hospitable and helpful family who run the hotel. They always went out of their way to help me with everything. New beautiful and comfortable rooms. Shared bathroom was always very clean. When I come back to Armenia I will definitely stay here. 😊
