The only positive thing about my stay was simply having a bed to lie down on. The reviews created false expectations and gave me the wrong impression about this place.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. • Wi-Fi in the room did not work, so there was no internet access. • I booked a room with one large bed, but was given two single beds. • Before check-in and payment, I was not allowed to see the room. • I was pushed to pay in cash because the terminal was “out of charge.” When I said I had no cash, the terminal suddenly worked. Later, I found out the payment didn’t actually go through, and now I am struggling to resolve the issue. • Since there was no internet, I prepaid the hotel to arrange a taxi for me. At the agreed time there was no taxi. The receptionist spent half an hour trying to find another guest who could help, because she had no credit balance on her phone and could not call anyone—not even the hotel owner. This is unacceptable. • The soundproofing is very poor: you can hear conversations, toilets flushing, and even a guest speaking loudly on the shared balcony until 5 a.m. Overall, very poor service, lack of professionalism, and no basic comfort. Definitely not recommended.
