Specifically for people SENSITIVE TO SOUND - it's noisy. Normal people don't perceive it, but you will. People in the street having chat till late night, humming devices, intercom bell, noisy doors... I had real struggle with falling asleep. Breakfast start at 9:00 ! The hotel equipment and it's level is far away from 4 stars hotel. It's nice, clean 2 star accommodation for very fair price.

Helpful staff Nice local home made breakfast Kettle in room (no coffee) Walkable to city center without going along main road. Turn right at small shop and follow that road to steps onto Freedom Bridge (about 10 mins) then another 5 mins into town. Quiet area.

One window was open in the room, top of the wall and we couldn't close that. Only kettle available without any supplies to make a coffee/tea. We had booked superior double room, but we got very small room than shown in the pictures, may be our mistake, we didn't check the area mentioned there. 500 ml water bottle given per person at the time of check-in. next two days drinking water not provided. Also the hotel took 3 times payment from our card, we noticed that after reaching UAE only. We informed the hotel and Booking.com customer service. We didn't get any response from Booking.com. After continuous chat with hotel, they checked with their bank and reversed the money. But how it is possible to withdraw the cash, twice from the card given to Booking.com and then again one more time during our check-in. First time we had such a bad experience. Anyhow the hotel co-operated with us. Room Wi-Fi is very poor.

Location is good. Not too far from city. Breakfast is good, not same repetition. They will allow only after 9 to enter the breakfast area. The lady in the breakfast counter was more strict, also communication problem. Very calm and quiet place.

We ve organised shuttle service from and to the airport. It was absolutely amazing in the sense of time accuracy, comfortable car, and professional driver . Our plane from Larnaca was delayed, so the hotel was checking on the arrival schedule, and when we landed in Yerevan 2, 5 hours later than planned , the driver with the name of the hotel was there waiting for us. And it was midnight! We are very thankful for it! 🙏 The breakfast was delicious. Only have in mind being there at 9:00 the best . Good location.5 min walk to a bus station: almost all the buses go to the centre( 10-15 min , depending on traffic).All the stuff in the hotel is very friendly ,attentive, and helpful. Good value for money! Highly recommend!

The only staff around was the cleaner, who spoke no English. The reception was never manned even at check-in time you had to speak to someone through an intercom. We arrived early, and were told in no uncertain terms that check-in was at 2pm. It’s at least a half hour walk into the city so most would require a taxi

Everything is up to our expectations, just 1 thing to improve. The shampoo provided during our stay is not good at all. Maybe they could upgrade the bathroom with bidets

Second day when we get for the breakfast the food was ran out, which hasn't been added afterwards hence was very few choices left for us.

My family stayed at the property twice and the first time it was cancelled. It turned out that the "no prepayment required" info box wasn't very informative, the money is charged 1-2 hours before check-in, so please be aware of that. The second time, 2 out of 3 rooms weren't ready for check-in, even though we arrived 2 hours later than the standard check-in time and we had contacted the property beforehand.

The owner is great and always willing to help. Anna djan, thank you so much for your hospitality! Any problem was solved quickly. The location is perfect, there is a small 24/7 market and pharmacy nearby, the city centre is also not far away and easy to walk to. The rooms are nice and clean and they are equipped with a pretty cool and modern system for requests such as cleaning / DND / doorbell. I will definitely recommend the property to all my friends and colleagues next time.

Everything was good, especially the staff and cleanliness. The location was good and close to the city center, the only problem here was the breakfast, the quality and variety of the breakfast was not good at all.

Dinner in the first wasn’t good. The price is too high, but quality not so good. Better going somewhere in a restaurant.

Thanks for clean and big room! Very like a furniture, air condition save my love during the trip with 30+ degrees on the street. I recommend buy a number with the breakfast - you may find exactly what u want.

Shower could be bigger but it’s a minor thing

Amazing boutique hotel, the room was spacious and clean in the calm neighbourhood. Breakfast was great with the variety of local options and not standart English breakfast :D The stuff is friendly and helpful. I was a bit worried about location excepting to take taxi but it turned out that for us it was very nice walk to the city centre so we never took a taxi.
