Modern hotel with personal touches like a cake and birthday wishes for my spouse. I hadn’t told them but they must have seen the date in her passport. Friendly staff.

The service staff were helpful, but it would be better if there was no language (English) barrier.

Everything about this hotel was superb, air was full of oxygen. Restaurant was excellent. Special mention goes to Chef Arsen, who made our entire dining experience seamless – from breakfast to dinner. He even went out of his way to assist us with some personal requests. The garden was a haven for my son, who couldn’t get enough of the swings!

The road taking to the hotel is low quality for the last several hundred meters, and there is no proper lighting on the road at night hours, also the room was not equipped with air conditioner, which is a must for the hot summer months.

I liked the view and the room facilities, there was a working table which I needed, and the lighting was also very comfortable. We checked in at a late hour, check-in took just a couple of minutes, and at check-out we were allowed to stay 1 hour longer, per our request.

No Bidet in the toilet.

The room was cozy, clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, offered a variety, and was delicious. The room included a small refrigerator, which was convenient. The hotel features a lovely yard and a large parking area right in front of the building. Location is good. Staff is friendly, thanks you for the complimentary wine. Excellent value for money.

It was hard to use the soap bottle. I could not push it out properly.

It was clean and tidy. Bedding was awesome. The best bed I have ever slept on. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect if you want to run away from city’s constant noise.

Without a car or with sedan it will be a bit complicated to reach, as the road is not fully renovated. Breakfast was not ready, we found out, that we had to order beforehand via menu.

Rooms are with modern design and very fresh. There is a big canteen. Location is surrounded by wood & mountains & fields. Staff is very friendly and kind. View is awesome.

There was no playground for children.

Very nice hotel, comfortable beds, clean linens and curtains, fresh towels. Breakfast was fabulous, and the air is crystal clear. The bar has an interesting atmosphere, but swinging on the edge of the abyss was a unique and thrilling experience. Highly recommended.

The road to the hotel was problematic, but the issue is being resolved — the road is being renovated. The bathroom was small and uncomfortable.

The hotel offers a stunning view. The bedroom and bed were very comfortable. The chair and table were both beautiful and cozy. The view from the room was especially enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious.

Peaceful and far from the city bustle, just wonderful! We had a great time here. The bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and well worth the price. Coffee was absolutely exceptional. The staff were incredibly caring and attentive. Highly recommended!

We had a truly pleasant stay, and one of the highlights was the excellent breakfast. The selection was diverse, combining classic European standards with local flavors. Everything was beautifully presented. The staff were attentive, and the buffet was constantly refreshed. Highly recommended for travelers who appreciate quality.

Constant individuals and groups of smokers gathering at both entrances. The ashtrays encouraged guests to congregate and smoke.

Hotel is lovely! Beds are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The view from the window is fascinating. Air feels like pure oxygen filling your lungs. The day was chilly, and the Chef, a talented 28-year-old, believe it or not, offered a freshly cooked signature soup served in clay pot, topped with a delicious crispy crust. Yummy!!!!

Do not have anything to complain about really.

I checked in late, after a long day at work as I was on a business trip. Woke up the next morning with a headache. Called room service, explained that I wasn’t feeling well, and asked for hot coffee. To my surprise, they brought me a piping-hot Americano with honey and nuts – complimentary, as it turned out, along with many other thoughtful gestures. Coffee was amazing and exactly what I needed. Later, a walk in the fresh, crisp mountain air left me feeling light as a feather. This hotel is wonderful, with an incredible staff and service that feels almost magical.

Stonehenge Hotel in Tsaghkadzor is a new and excellent hotel with a perfect location and stunning views. The rooms are spacious, fresh, and equipped with all necessary amenities, though a safe box would be a great addition. The lobby and bar are also well-designed, but adding monitors for watching sports would enhance the experience. While the hotel currently lacks entertainment options, I hope this will be improved in the future. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and I would choose it again if visiting Tsaghkadzor.

The lighting in the room was neither flexible nor romantic. The bedside, table, and desk lamps emitted a bright light and couldn't be dimmed.

The receptionists were not only friendly but also highly professional, taking the time to provide me with all the information I needed. Hotel also offers a very reasonable breakfast at a small additional cost, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The selection was both varied and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking great service, a pleasant atmosphere, and good value for money.

The breakfast was disappointing and didn’t feel worth the cost. However, all the other amenities were excellent. If the hotel improves the breakfast menu, everything would be absolutely amazing!
