The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the bus station. It takes only five minutes to get there through the underground passage. The room is very clean and has mosquito nets. The bed is very comfortable and the layout of the room is reasonable. The staff are all very nice.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Mr. Arthur is a truly down-to-earth person who went above and beyond to help us with every single thing during our stay — his hospitality made a big difference! The room wasn’t very big, but for the price, it was definitely worth it. It could be a little cleaner, but overall, it was good enough, especially considering the beautiful valley location. The hotel’s location is perfect — peaceful and scenic, making it a great spot to relax. The food was tasty, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a budget-friendly stay with warm hospitality.

Good stay overall

The hotel appeared to be fully occupied on the day we came in spite of booking a room in advance, so we had to spend the first night in the kitchen until other guests left. Gladly, the situation was resolved by the morning, and we didn't have to pay extra.

اتاق دارای حمام و توالت خصوصی و همچنین یخچال و کتری برقی و سشوار بصورت اختصاصی بود، این واحت اقامتی دارای یک آشپزخانه مشترک با تجهیزات هست که میتوانید برای پخت و سرو غذای خودتان استفاده کنید. صرف چای و قهوه ارمنی رو میتونید همیشه مهمان هتل باشید. نانوایی و سوپرمارکت سر کوچه هست. نسبت به قیمت گزینه خوبیه.

Lovely host, big and spacious room, comfortable bed, good soundproofing and a great location - less than 5 minutes walk away from Kilikia bus station :) Would absolutely recommend!

The staff was very friendily, all thing was great.

Polite staff, the receptionist was very friendly. The room was very clean. Towels and everything was there with a nice hair dryer. TV was super cool with smart channels like youtube music and Netflix. There is a 4 min walk to a bus stop that you have many options to go the the center with just a 10 min ride. Overall I liked my stay.

The bed mattress was a little soft, I prefer harder mattress.

The hotel staff had a very friendly and respectful behaviour, which made us feel comfortable and secure throughout our stay. They also responded quickly to our requests.

The staff is very friendly. The room turned out bigger than it looked on photo and was clean and comfortable. The room had a fridge, an electrical kettle and a hair dryer but if you need more you can use shared washer, microwave or electric stove. The hotel is pretty close to the city center as well.

The owner of the place was very friendly,helpful. his name is Artur. He greeted us with fruit plate and hot drinks. Also he gave us the room earlier than the check in time. The room same as the pictures, clean and quiet, A/C and fridge were working perfectly. There is a kitchen in the reception, we used its microwave. Also there was a washing machine so we used it for the laundry. The Hotel location is between the airport and the city center. There is a bus station 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel (kilikia central bus station) which we used all the time to go to the city center, a lot of bus lines are available to the city and its only 3 stops to the city center. On the way back from city center to hotel, the bus stop is on the other side of the main road , there is no pedestrian crossing the road, however there is a hidden pedestrian tunnel that you have to use. Overall the hotel is very convenient if you are looking for quietness and value for money.

I like the ambiance and the owner and other staff. The owner was so helpful to carry the luggages and any other needs. The place was clean and quiet.

A bit far from cafes abd restaurants

It was very clean and all rooms with their facilities were renewed and beds were comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for individuals who are planning to visit the US embassy and it’s within a 10-minute distance on foot. Also, it has good access to bus station and supermarket.

Friendly staff. They settled us in before the normal registration hour and gave us an additional table opn request. Clean place. The location is not bad. Not far from the center. Good air conditioning, and nice beds.

They had some difficulties with breakfast. it was not available during my stay. But there is a food court not far

The rooms (or at least my room) were clean and recently renovated. The hotel is on the way from the city to the airport which is why I had chosen it.

The receptionists are very friendly and will gladly chitchat you, but won't lift a finger to do what you need them to do. My room had no thrashbin of any kind, no place to hang my jacket other than the back of the only chair, no curtains. I politely asked the receptionist to give me at least a thrashbin - never happened. Even worse: when checking in, I asked for the invoice. The next morning I reminded about it, then again in the evening. Every time they would assure me this would be no problem. Next day comes, it's time for me to go to the airport, no invoice, I had to leave without it. And the receptionist even had the nerve to blame ME for it, saying I had to tell him the exact time of my departure. What kind of nonsense is this? Grown-up men just sitting at an absolutely empty desk talking into their phones, looking busy, with not so much as a pen in front of them!
