This place is out a differend world. We had a great time, enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. Yuri is an amazing chef with international experience and makes also his own pastry, beer and wine. We would love to come back again soon.

Reception staff Anne very efficient, polite, welcoming and attentive. Room of very comfortable size with a balcony. Loved the tranquility of the place, despite a restaurant on the ground floor. Breakfast was out of this world. Amazing selection of cheeses, cooked eggs with tomatoes (traditional dish), pies, souces, sweets and fruits. The chef is of the owners. Been waited by Artur & David who gave us all the attention and care they could. A huge thanks to them and congrats to the chef.

Wifi is a bit slow

A beautiful oasis of comfort and warmth in the Sevan Lake. Comfortable spacious rooms, accompanied by incredible food wether it’s in their breakfast or evening dinner options. Trying their homemade wine is a must.

+ the room was close to the restaurant and therefore quite noisy + the plumbing of the bathtub / shower was leaking: after using it the bathroom was under water + Side-Note: we had dinner in the restaurant. Our side-dishes either did not come at all, or were served long after the main course. Main course was OK, but nothing special (unlike breakfast). Rather disappointing experience

If we had to nitpick, our room could have done with fly screens over the sliding glass door to prevent the bugs coming inside and table lamps on both sides of the bed.

We booked Tsaghkunk Chef House at the last minute after another hotel in Sevan cancelled on us. As it turned out, we really enjoyed our stay. Although the staff didn’t speak much English, they made a huge effort to welcome us and help with our onward travel arrangements, communicating via Google Translate and the words they knew. The room was large and had a very comfortable bed, glass doors leading to an outdoor balcony and modern bathroom. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was some of the best we’ve had in Armenia - absolutely delicious! Breakfast was also delicious and there was so much food we had heaps left over. The hotel is located a bit out of town in a rural setting, and while we enjoyed the change of pace, it made it difficult to see Sevan without a car.

Nothing. Everything from the location to staff to the facilities exceeded our expectations.

The location is breathtakingly beautiful. The staff were really warm and welcoming. The room and bathroom were very neat. Everything you need for the stay from soap, shampoo, toothbrush to hair dryer was provided. Attention to detail could be seen in everything. The room has a beautiful balcony as well. The restaurant serves outstanding food. There is beautiful monastery also right behind the property. This place is worth every penny spend and a place worth spending your time.

The service is just unbelievable. We were treated in a very kind and gentle manner, all staff were very helpful. An additional comment: food has been amazing, the best I have ever tried in Armenia. Fish soup is something outstanding

Location .... No normal reception like other hotels Staff not contact to gusts You should follow ... There are no options for transportation or helping by hotel There is no reception even for check out I followed...

The hotel didn't even have enough or any change the cashier, so for 10 minutes, I was waiting at the counter...at the end. I fixed the case myself by searching my luggage and finding enough change. Nobody welcomed at first, but after better.., there was no facility and options for tea or coffee in the room at first, but after I followed, they brought the good cattle with two nice cups,room is clean ,TV ,bed ,bath,bathroom all perfect good and big balcony with new furniture, sofa inside room was new also bed mattress nice for breakfast they asked time for bringing to the room but at 9 o'clock nobody brought and nobody care or informed about it at 9.30 I followed one staff he told in the restaurant they will render service ...but i must say breakfast was complete and perfect ,location of this hotel far from sevan city and also sevan lake and costly for location and waisting time ....and you need to get taxi ....even bus station for sevan city is little far ...in my idea if someone had a car or affordable transportation it can be a good option ,especially if you want to stay in a new build hotel with perfect breakfast it is a good choice otherwise need to think twice about location and your destination if it is sevan lake or sevan city ...

The property is located in a beautiful village. It’s a very small hotel with about 10 rooms, but the management maintains it in a professional way. They have a small reception area, a restaurant and cleaning staff. A good breakfast is served
