We love the hotel its very close to the ski resort, Rooms are big and clean, the staff is very accommodating they do their best to communicate with us even they don’t speak much english, definitely will come back and recommend this hotel to our friends back in Dubai 👍

The bad was terrible! The mattress was old and squeaky. We felt every single spring and couldn’t sleep.

What I didn't like is probably the lunch or dinner menu in their own restaurants. They have limited availability with their variety of options. But there is one good restaurants outside of the hotel, around 2 minutes walk if you prefer.

What I like best is the location. My main goal coming to Tsaghkadzor is to Ski only and this place serves the best. The price isn't so expensive compared to other hotels nearby. It's 10 minutes walk to the ski area. If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel in Tsaghkadzor, this one should be on your list. It is around 15 minutes walk to the center as well. Their breakfast is abundant, though, for vegetarian, you'll probably going to ask especial meal for you as breakfast consist of sausages, boiled eggs, omelet, rice, different types of oatmeals, fresh bread and a simple dessert, with coffee of course. It's a really good breakfast for its budget. And Anna, one of their hotel Receptionist, speaks English really well. She helped me book an airport transfer from and going back to the airport.

Smell in the washroom.

Amazing location and great view from the room. The ski lift is walkable but it takes about 8-10 mins walking in the snow. A nice breakfast is available and they have vegetarian options as well.

Breakfast starts too late, it was not convenient because kids wake up early and ski lifts start working at tha same time, when breakfast starts. No child beds. You can not pay by card, only cash.

Location is great, you don't need a taxi to get to the ski lifts. It's warm in the hotel. Rooms are clean, good view from balcony.

Breakfast. Just a few meals, some of them were cold. The same set for at least four days, once I was lucky to get a yoghurt. No fruits at all.

Service was excellent, friendly staff did whatever they can to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Good location: on the weekends it's almost imposssible to get a taxi from the rope way, but since the hotel is on the walking distance it's not a big problem even if you have to carry all the equipment.

Bathroom was very small and it was not clean. Toilet was without exhaust fan. Washbasin and Toilet bowl were with stain. Bedsheet had a hole.
