We experienced a slight smell of sewerage. I'm sure it's not hard to fix, but this fact didn't affect the holiday experience.

The view was beautiful, the restaurant was very nice, but I would prefer more variety of vegetarian food. The room was very spacious and clean.

Inside and outside is so beautiful. The staff were very kind to help us everything. The breakfast was delicious very much. It was wide range of choice. The view from the room to the lake was beautiful.

There were people partying in the yard beyond 1 am. I think the hotel should at least try to get them to stop screaming.

The place is really nice, and it has the best value for price in the region! Very clean, beautiful. We enjoyed swimming there. The hotel provided slippers, towels, shampoo and hair dryer. The staff there is very helpful and kind. Most of them speak English to some extent. We enjoyed sitting by the lake. There is a small beach. The food at there restaurant is average and similar to anything you would get at that region.

Everything about Tsovasar was fantastic!! The staff was very friendly and always available and they were very friendly. The food; breakfast, lunch, dinner, (the whole menu) was exceptional, the home made lemonade, fresh green-tea, breadbasket, and even the lunch box they packed for our early departure was delicious, tasty, soul-food!! The vibe, atmosphere, location, facilities, apartment, views, and quite everything was fantastic!!! As a family of 4 (with 2 young kids) it was a place where we made the most beautiful memories!! We had a wonderful stay at Tsovasar Family Rest Complex, right by the shores of Lake Sevan. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, quiet, refreshing, and just steps from the water. Our room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The area was great for families, with plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.

We enjoyed our stay overall, but there are a few things that could be improved, especially for families with young children. The water supply in the shower was inconsistent and kept switching between hot and cold, which made showering uncomfortable. Also, the curtains were not blackout, and the kitchen window had no curtain at all. Since we visited in summer and the sunset was quite late, the extra light made it challenging to put our toddler to sleep. In addition, the pool was smaller than expected — the photos made it look much bigger than it actually is. We hope the hotel can improve the water temperature consistency, add proper curtains, and update the pool photos to better match reality. That would really help guests have a more relaxing and comfortable
