Very hospitable, professional and helpful staff, especially two ladies in the restaurant and a man at the reception. Perfect location, near the lake. Pleasant swimming pool. Good breakfast.

Nice place we reserved cottage it was amazing , clean and comfortable Just one recommendation, please turn on light near swimming pool , at night was very dark In August was cold , it was 18 at night The resturant was amazing, food was good and delicious and stuff soo kind .

The view was beautiful, the restaurant was very nice, but I would prefer more variety of vegetarian food. The room was very spacious and clean.

We experienced a slight smell of sewerage. I'm sure it's not hard to fix, but this fact didn't affect the holiday experience.

Music....I would prefer Armenian music rather than Western music...Ivtravelled to Armenia for its culture

Inside and outside is so beautiful. The staff were very kind to help us everything. The breakfast was delicious very much. It was wide range of choice. The view from the room to the lake was beautiful.

The breakfast was too late from 9.30. Its far from the center, and there is no shops near here.

Nothing, we wanted to stay longer. Only advice would be is to outbid the music outside, as I rather hear the waves, but that is personal

The place is really nice, and it has the best value for price in the region! Very clean, beautiful. We enjoyed swimming there. The hotel provided slippers, towels, shampoo and hair dryer. The staff there is very helpful and kind. Most of them speak English to some extent. We enjoyed sitting by the lake. There is a small beach. The food at there restaurant is average and similar to anything you would get at that region.

There were people partying in the yard beyond 1 am. I think the hotel should at least try to get them to stop screaming.

The staff was superhelpful. Every day we had a different and diverse breakfast. The view from the room was just stunning.

Everything was wonderful.. starting from the staff's to the beauty of this hotel and its facilities.. clear daily care for every detail of this place.. I highly suggest it to anyone who needs peace, comfort, and happiness.
