The room is welcoming and equipped with all the essential (washing machine, laundry detergent, kitchen, hairdryer, slippers). Igor, the host, is exceptionally kind and hospitable; he even invited us to a barbecue and, when we were unable to attend due to our late arrival, thoughtfully set aside some food for us. The location allows you to reach the city center in just a few minutes by taxi or car. Highly recommended :)

The place was very neat, with a well-equipped kitchen that included all the necessary utensils. It was also nice to find essentials like oil and teabags provided. The owner was friendly and kind, making us feel welcome. The rural character of the neighborhood added an interesting charm, and it even seemed to have better weather than the town center.

The distance to the city center is inconvenient, but apps like Yandex make travel affordable. The studio isn't part of an apartment or hostel building; instead, it's located in the yard of a house. The yard dog can be noisy at times, and there's no view from the window, only a wall.

Everything was fine

I been here for this apartment several times whenever i visit Yerevan, i always chose this apartment simply because of cleanliness, complete amenities, easy access to supermarkets and near to downtown.. the place is superb and very comfortable with a good atmosphere.. my favorite part of this apartment is they have outdoor barbecue where you can enjoy cooking and have a quality time with your friends and family.. the vibrant green scenery is amazing… the owner is super kind and very helpful and very responsive in what ever you need he will Always be there to help you… I will always keep coming back here and i will highly recommend this to my friends who also wants to visit Yerevan someday.

Our host was super lovely, bathroom was modern and perfect. Kitchen was shared with another room but it had a washing machine and stove. Our room had a fridge that we appreciated. Bed was super comfortable and the view of the garden was lush. Slightly far from town - about a 10-15 min walk and the place is on a hill. BUT for the price, it is amazing and we actually loved walking through the neighbourhood for a slice of Yerevan suburban life.

Its somewhat close to the railway station and city center. Its in a fairly peaceful and calm area, not a lot of noise. The hotel was comfortable, clean, everything needed was provided. The owner is kind and reasonable, he accommodated us and allowed us to stay longer when our plans changed due to roads being flooded. There were a bunch of cats on the property, I don't know if they were the owners or not, they were friendly and fun to play with. The wifi was good.

The location was a bit confusing, the address provided here doesn't seem to match what is on google and yandex maps, I think the roads names got changed or something. Instead of typing whatever address is listed there, just write "cozy holiday home" on google maps or yandex maps and this place will show up, its on 11th street near the university.

The owner of the apartment was very kind and polite. The location is not too far from the center. From the roof you can see Mount Ararat and it’s also nice to sit on it in the evening.

So far, I had no issues during my stay for a week. Overall it was great, the owner was approachable also. Thank you for the great accommodation.😊👍👍👍👍

Great host, nice room, exactly as described except no TV. Room clean, facilities good, WiFi strong. Good heating/ Aircon. Great little supermarket 2 minutes walk from apartment open till 11pm and takes credit cards. Room and bathroom good size. Comfortable.

Little bit out of town, but taxis are so cheap less than £2 on the Yandex app, really worth downloading this in Armenia, will save you a fortune.
