Apartment is in a great location, not far to the city centre and with easy access to the public transport. The property is a bit out of date, but it has all essentials and definitely worth the value of money you pay for it

I liked the apartment, very spacious, occupying the entire second floor of a private house. The entrance to the apartments is separate. The location is excellent, we walked around the museums almost the whole day, and took a Yandex taxi on the way back. Taxi drivers have reasonable prices. A house with a flowering garden and parking on site. Large supermarket and metro nearby. A full kitchen, plenty of dishes and everything you need to prepare a festive dinner. There is a large dining terrace. Bedroom with beautiful furniture and a large king size bed with an excellent mattress. There is a children's room. The hosts are very kind and responsive. They showed everyone around the apartment and told us about the city, giving advice on what and where to see. Thank you for your hospitality!

The host is so friendly and welcoming, even though we didn't share a common language. He made sure we were comfortable and frequently checked in on us. He showed me around his garden and picked fruit for us. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. You can park right in the yard. It doesn't take long to walk into the centre of the city, although it feels further on the way home in the evening going uphill! There is an air con unit which was very much needed in the heat. The only downside is that the unit is located right by the front door, so it takes a long time for the cool air to reach the back bedroom.

I really liked this apartment! Hosts are very kind and hospitable, always ready to help. Bonus: cozy inner garden (my scary little dog enjoyed it). Walking distance from city center. More then enough of space. Good stable wifi. I would definitely spend there more time like long term vacation. Recommended!

We ended up being locked out on a couple of occasions upon returning in the evenings, as the owner would lock the front gate to the property from the back (there is no key given to that gate). We had to call the owner to come down and unlock it for us (they live in the upper floor of the house). However, after we spoke with them, they made sure to keep the gate unlocked.

Unfortunately the apartment wasn't clean at all or even prepared for my arrival although I communicated my arrival time .Trash was laying around in the kitchen, unwashed dishes,used bedsheets,nasty bathroom...etc. The host dad was rude and abrupt when I asked to have the trash taken out. Reviews mentioning his nosy attitude were accurate.I saw him looking through the door's hole exactly like a nosy kid would do.He also didn't help with my heavy luggage but (pretended) to only when I stepped inside the flat . Curtains are see- through .There was no sense of privacy at all especially when the host likes to have sneaks peaks on solo female guests. The attitude wasn't pleasant upon my arrival anyway and it seems like non russian tourists aren't welcomed at all even though I used a translation app for communication.
