We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the owner, Ms. Liana who was exceptionally attentive and went out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable and well-accommodated. Our room, a double bed, was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. From the moment we arrived to the day we checked out, every detail was taken care of. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Yereven, Armenia.

Location its a bit far from the center. No restaurants nearby. We dont have sim so it was hard to get a taxi. Taxis charge double.

Our booking got lost (but the staff honoured the Booking.com price anyway). The location is quite a walk from the centre (the only walking route to the centre is down through the Cascades).

Comfortable room with TV (though the TV was not positioned to be viewed from the bed in room 23). Check-in was friendly. Breakfast was delicious. A/C was much appreciated.

If u have heavy luggages, carrying it through the steps might be slightly difficult, since there is no elevator. But still if u r on a leisure trip, i will recommend this place over a branded city hotel.

I landed up at this property hours after reaching a new country, and the warmth and hospitality this people showed even without knowing my language was a blessing to start my Armenia experience. It’s a well maintained and elegantly designed hotel with very clean facilities. Loved everything about this place. If u could go for a walk in this area, it’s highly recommended.

This is that rare hotel that is much better in reality than in the pictures, so it exceeded all my expectations. Next time I come back to Yerevan, I will choose this hotel again. The hotel has a history of reviews dating back to 2021, but my room was like I was the first guest there. The breakfast was so big that I had never been able to finish all of my meals.

Great service. We arrived much to early but it was no problem to enter our room! That's a thing you don't see much these days. When you arrive at the hotel, you raise your eye brows due to the road and the spot. But the hotel is really great, clean, nice staff, nice room, good shower and great breakfast. I would recommend this one to any one and we traffel a lot. The only minor thing is that is located far from the city center.
