The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The services were beyond my expectations. Staff and polite and friendly. I would like to thank Anna, the Manager and Ishxan for being very attentive and respnsive. They accommodated all my requests. The location is 20 mins from the city centre but very quiet and lovely which I wanted. I will definitely visit this hotel again and again.

Staffs are somewhat rude. Our stay at this hotel ended on a very sour note. Just before check-out, we were accused of stealing a TV remote — something we absolutely did not do. We had barely use a master bed room TV for youtube and neither use hotel wifi as well as many other free items over there. It was a shocking and humiliating experience, especially considering we had been respectful guests throughout our stay. There was no proper investigation or courtesy extended before jumping to conclusions. Being treated with such mistrust completely ruined what had otherwise been a pleasant stay. We understand mistakes can happen, but the way it was handled lacked professionalism and basic respect. I would urge management and booking.com to review their approach to such situations — accusing guests without evidence is not acceptable. Sadly, I cannot recommend this place based on how we were treated.

Breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were clean and quite big. The hotel is a little bit far from the city centre, but you can easily reach it by taxi for about 3-4 $. I highly recommend this hotel for your trips.

I had an amazing stay! The hotel room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. Also, the breakfast was good. It wasn’t a buffet, maybe because of the low season, but they still prepared eggs, sausages, some veggies, cheese, yogurt, and a muffin. If I could, I’d give it 20 stars! Highly recommended!

The staff was very friendly and treated the customer with great respect. On the first night of January, when we were guests at the hotel, the staff invited us to join their party, which was very valuable to us. The location was also good. The breakfast was delicious and every day was different from the previous day. In the end, I am glad I chose this hotel for our stay.

Modern new hotel, the spacious rooms apartament suite, available parking places, a little bit far from center, but also far from trafic jam (no problem with cheap taxi), high level of cleanliness, kind and professional Staff, good breakfast till 11 AM, the attractive price, thank you for hospitality - we felt like at home!

If you plan to be in the center of Yerevan, it's not the place. Also, they have some issue with water pressure, it switches between hot and cold when someone else is opening the water in another room.

I have stayed in many hotels but this is the best I have had. The room was very comfortable and clean and everything worked asit should . The cleaners always came every day asking if room needed cleaning. Water was always replenished everyday. The reception staff were the fantastic and helpful. Also gave complimentary refreshments. This hotel is best service I have recieved and highly recommend.
