The exact address was not so easy to find. Better signage on the outside would be welcome.

We only had a quick stay-over and everything was great. Good showers, aircon and comfortable beds. Very friendly, helpful and attentive owner with good communication.

Ms Fatima is an excellent host, everything was methodically taken care by her, and I was accommodated to a spacious clean and tidy room. There is always cold and hot water in the tab and drinking water is e ready provided. The ambience of the hotel and the rooms is beautiful and cozy and the temperature is always set in a liberating (from hot and humidity) level. Security was well organised, 24/7! The accommodation is located pretty close to the airport, in a neighbourhood full of embassies.

The exact location of the property is not well marked. The uber took 1h to find the place whilst it is just 10 min from airport.

I really enjoyed this property. Everything was right for my travel. Close to the airport for an early flight, room very tidy and clean, comfortable bed. Big toilet, clean and everything working, A/C made it all even better. Breakfast simple but good. What made everything better was the staff. I was received with a lot of respect and especially with a lot of motivation to help the costumer. Margarida picked me up because I was lost when the taxi left me in the street, she had someone take me to a good restaurant, she offered to be helpful in other relevant situations. paula, the cooking lady, came early in a holiday especially to make breakfast for the early flyers. Really there’s nothing I can point that was wrong.

The hotel was in a great area - very quiet and close to all amenities. Service was good. Fatima the manager was very helpful and always accessible. We really enjoyed our stay and will gladly stay again.

Not a negative, but just to know: The address is 33A further down the same street where it gets a different name, the entrance is just opposite Hotel Express.

The accommodation is very beautifully designed and tranquil, a total surprise when you enter the gate. Its a small and intimate accommodation, quiet but very well layed out, more like a huge house with galleries with large and well-designed comfortable rooms, very nice interior, spotless clean, very safe with guards at the gate. There are several terraces outside where you can sit. Its very close at the airport in Alvalade. The breakfast is equally nice and fresh, beautifully presented fruits, a bit of everything, your eggs are freshly prepared for you in person. Madame Fatima has been more than great to me. She awaited me late at night as my flight was delayed, and she drove me all the way back around midnight to the airport to track down the taxi driver to find my mobile, which I lost in his car. Even the next day and the day after. As my flight was late the next day, she offered me to stay all next day in the room. When I returned home, she left me a message that she actually found my phone for me. I have never ever felt so really being seen as a person, so looked after and truly cared about. I cannot recommend this more. Thank you so so much Madame Fatima, I will come back next time to do it in person!

Everything was perfect.

The property was located in a quite neighborhood, very clean and comfortable, good internet, DSTV, safe. There’re restaurants close by in a walking distance. The manager was very friendly and helped to book me a cab to the airport. The place is 5 minutes to the airport. I recommend this place and hope to come again when passing through Luanda.
