    Very basic.

Didn't think its good value for money. Still waiting for them to send me my invoices, via email, after requesting this to be done.

It's one of the old hotels in Luanda. It's OK for business trips.

They still have old carpets with stuffy smell. The shower head is not working properly.

Friendly staff Good food not too expensive Great Location

The only real issue is that payment needs to be in cash which means carrying lots of dollars or Euros. If USD the notes cannot be more than 5 years old

Staff is friendly but hardly speaks English. Makes an effort to give good service. The rooms are relatively quiet and decently sized. The breakfast buffet had a relatively good selection, although the coffee was awful.

Booked a room with seaview and was given a room without. It took a lot of back and forth to rectify this mistake - and no apology whatsoever. Hotel is completely overprized for what you pay, but that's standard in Luanda.

The staff was very friendly, but very few staff members speak English or very little English. The rooms are clean and those with sea view are usually of a good size.

Like everywhere in Luanda, the value you get for the price you pay is very low. The check-in is friendly but cumbersome. First question you are asked before you are handed your keys is when and how you will pay. I stayed at the hotel twice in the same week and both times was first given a room without sea view even though my booking was a room with sea view. It was a negotiation to get the room I booked both times and no apology. The breakfast buffet is average at best. The eggs/omletts are all pre-cooked, so if breakfast starts at 6am and you come at 7.30am, they've been sitting there for quite a while. The coffee is horrible! The meat of low quality. The gym facilities are extremely basic and from the 1970s/80s.
