The rooms need some updating. Like the showerdoors were coming out if moved too fast or notnpushed in the right place. And the microwafe had damage on the door.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Aa a small appartment it serves just right. Breakfast is ok and has some variation during the week. Also in the evening the buffet is good and changes a little everyday.

No hot water for showering. Limited breakfast. Evening buffet food runs out fast and not replaced quickly. Cleaning is done in the afternoon but cleaning product put in the bathroom in the morning. Evening buffet, I paid by cash but they rarely gave change back (around 300 kwanza). Price quoted on booking.com less than what I paid due to exchange rate presumably. Room was over 200 USD per night, too much.

Very good situated Town Hotel. Friendly personel from reception to driver, very helpful. Rooms spacious and clean. Nice balcony with good view over the inner City of Luanda. Rooftop terrace and gym to relax.

you do have to ask for water and coffee, otherwise they might forget. but as soon as you ask it, they immediately provide extra. The finishing touches of the room aren't great, and it could be a bit cleaner. But my colleagues didn't seem to have that problem. Dinner is a reasonable price and there is a lot of options, but the fries are always cold.

it is very well located for my work purposes and there are some shops around to buy some food. the room is comfortable with a kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. coffee machine is available and the kitchen has a nice stove and oven. buffet diner (with fish, meat and chicken) is available at a reasonable price. Wifi is widely available throughout the hotel.

The restaurant only offered a buffet option. Was not informed about the Gym and patio on the roof.

Close to various restaurants, Shops and banks. Views are excellent especially at night. The room was great with a fully functional kitchen.

Shuttle is not reliable.US cards not accepted but that may be throughout the country. I had to pay via a third country, which charged 10%. Also, breakfast was dismal and they ran out of things like plates, bread, everything.

even though the breakfast is until 10am, they do not refill whatever is finished. so if you go to breakfast around 7 or 8, you are fine. but if you go around 9 or 9.30, you wont find anything to eat except for the bread

The internet worked very intermittently- I had to jump across 4 different connections at times to dispatch time-sensitive messages to family and colleagues. On one night, the hotel was completely out of beer - strange given this should be monitored and stocked.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The buffet meals were great.

The buffet. Small portions were prepared and should you go bit late not enough food left.

Location near Standard Bank ATM and Couple of grocery stores around. Breakfast was exceptional.
